William Raymond Pierce

Honestly very disappointed , met with Pierce twice before my hearing(second time was only to pay and sign a contract) Having to hire an attorney on short notice I went with pierce because he seemed to be genuine and care for his clients and wanted to help people, but after he made the easiest $1000. ...He has taken his time to do any further action as he said ... when paperwork needed to be filed he took his time .. told me he has six months to get it filed although he and I know with the specific type of paperwork it is a time sensitive matter!!! It takes days and sometimes a week or more to hear back and when finally my boyfriend called to ask what was going on with filing the paperwork Pierce told him the county courthouse the paperwork has to be filed at "just isn't in his daily route of driving "(So the only reason my paperwork hasn't been filed was because he didn't want to drive that far ?!?! are you kidding me??) then gave numerous reasons as to why he hasn't been able to and his reasons were his other cases,and on and on (if you cant give every client the same time and energy like you advertise , dont take them on as a client! It is not fair to them! ) It has now been a week since he told me i would have the paperwork and two months since i originally asked him about this ! I will not be recommending him to anyone else! Highly disappointed

Mr. Pierce was hired by me to file a VPO, as a Wounded Disabled Veteran, with a head injury. I was amazed at the time Mr Pierce has taken to explain things to my satisfaction. He has shown compassion and concern for my welfare, and safety. I would give Mr Pierce my highest recommendation, Bill as he’...s asked me to call him , has continue to always check on me and my family. I hope no one needs a lawyer but you cannot do better than work with Mr Pierce. As I speak to veterans across Oklahoma who might have a legal issues , my standard response is call William Pierce. I was actually referred by another attorney to Mr. Pierce who is doing some family law and was not a criminal attorney. Upon first consultation, I felt he was exactly what I was looking for not the cheapest attorney also not the most expensive. I had a DUI case in which he navigated multiple court ...dates, correspondence with the DA, and Ultimately got me a settlement I felt was very fair. Mr. Pierce was always very professional and punctual, while maintaining very good communication with me as well. I am not so good at understanding some of the verbiage and meanings of what is going on and he was very patient and willing to explain to me what everything meant and made sure I had a good understanding of what I was doing before I did anything.
