Whitney M. Matney attended the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville, Arkansas. During law school, she served on the Board of Advocates, was a member of the W.B. Putman Inn of Courts, won first place in the Closing Argument Competition, and received the "Best Oralist" award for her appellate brief argument. Whitney clerked for The Honorable Judge John Scott in Benton County, Arkansas, where she developed a passion for client advocacy and litigation. This passion remains with her today.
