Awesome Lawyer

I just can't say enough good things about this guy. He cares about his clients. He maintained consistent contact with me. He did a great job getting more time with my son and getting my child support adjusted accordingly. Great lawyer!!!

Family law

Seth Bickett was one of five attorneys that I called when seeking out legal advice , but he was the only one who personally called me back less than a half hour later. He was easy to contact and continued to respond quickly to all of our questions throughout his representation of our case. He listened to us and thoroughly considered all the documentation that we brought to the table. I feel like he really understood our concerns and worked hard to represent them before the judge. He was willing to invest the time to prepare us for every contingency, and he had the knowledge to bring about our best outcome. I would absolutely recommend Mr. Bickett without hesitation.

Great family law attorney

My husband and I hired Seth several years ago as our family attorney after having one that was very unhelpful. Seth was what we truly believe to be a miracle worker. We provided hundreds of pages of evidence and we know that Seth looked through it diligently and actually used what was important to prove our case. We have seen both sides of the spectrum with attorneys, Seth is at the top end of that spectrum. We feel that Seth made us a priority and listened to everything we said and reviewed everything we gave him. He spoke with many witnesses for us to get all that he could to prove our case. I would recommend him to anyone who needs an attorney for a custody fight. We went from having standard visitation with my stepson to obtaining full custody. Without Seth’s hard work, I don’t know where we’d be. It was a stressful fight, but the best decision we made was having Seth Bickett represent us.

Best of the Best

Seth Bickett has been my attorney for a few years now. I've never second guessed any of his advice or decisions regarding my case. I've been in and out of custody court for 4 yrs now, Seth is the best in the business, my only regret is that I did not find him sooner. The last time we went to court I was awarded full custody. He is always quick to respond and very helpful. If you unfortunately have to go to court, this is the lawyer you want by your side. His confidence and knowledge is a constant reassurance. Excellent Attorney

He explained the terms to me which I understood. I emailed on a Sunday. He immediately responded back to my email. And I met with him the next day! Any questions I have I call or email him and he responds immediately!

Seth Bickett is the kind of lawyer you want on your side

I have recommended Seth Bickett to friends, family and co-workers and he has done right by all of them. He handled my child custody case several years back and did an outstanding job. I was able to get custody of my children when most people said I wouldn't be able to get it. He never gave up and he put a tremendous amount of effort and time into my case. Most recently he drew up wills for my wife and I and did a great job. Seth Bickett is the kind of lawyer you want on your side.
