Unprofessional and rude

I had a very disappointing experience with Seth L. Bowman. He failed to provide the services I contracted for regarding my speeding ticket and instead instructed me to pay the fine directly. I did not receive the representation I was entitled to, and when I requested a refund, he was rude and even t...hreatened me. I do not recommend his services.

VERY DISAPOINTED

Hello, We have a problem with a case you were supposed to take care of, driver name is mentioned in the email we were communicating. Every time we call, there is no answer and no replies to our last 3 emails. I called court to find out the case status, court said that you failed to appear, there is... warrant issued now because you never let us know that we have to pay anything to court, we have a higher than initial fine to pay to court in the amount of 535$, which means you just charged us 500$ for the work that was never done to save the driver's cdl from points. At least never tried to help. We feel very disappointed and we ask that you reimburse our money back.

I have no idea who this is, but "anonymous" can just say whatever. I think you have me confused with someone else or you are a competitor. I spend 10+ hours each week responding to emails. In fact, I waste a lot of time being told I did not do something that I did. I have to look up the file and correspondence to prove I did the work. This means I am doing that instead of working on a case where someone actually requires help. I document all updates via email. Nobody contacting my office has ever had "no replies to our last 3 emails." I show no missed calls for the last several weeks that were not responded to within an hour. Put simply, review is factually inaccurate.

WASTE OF TIME

I have emailed weekly to check in and spoke with this lawyer on the phone sent my information that was requested for an expungement from 20 plus years ago. He has told me every time I checked in he has been in trial or zero time in the office and he would get back to me than he told me after I sent ...him the notarized authorization history form my papers have been started but not approved this was 7-26-23. I emailed him last week and he has still not replied. I also kept asking him to send me an invoice so I can make a payment. I do have a copy of all emails sent and received.. if your to busy or don’t want to accept my case please do not request personal information and pretend that your working on it I could have hired another lawyer by now and it would be off my record already.

If You're Looking for Someone Who Cares About Helping the Little Guy, Keep Looking

I got pulled over and ticketed for things that were not true or were inaccurate, so it was important to me to fight the citations both because of the fines and possible points on my driving record. I contacted several attorneys for a free consultation, and Seth was by far the most knowledgeable and ...helpful. He really seemed to care about doing the right thing and helping me, and his fee was one of the lowest I received from several consultations. He wanted to research a few things, and said he would email me about next steps. When he emailed me, I responded and asked if he offered a payment plan. If this is bad form I'm not aware, I've never needed a lawyer before, but several seem to offer this. He never responded to another email from me, and I left repeated messages with his office, even noting in my last message that I had emailed and called previously and just needed to know if he still wanted me as a client. Nothing. I ended up having to go with someone else, but after his complete disregard for anything other than payment in full immediately, I wouldn't have gone with him anyway as the trust was no longer there that he had my best interests in mind. If you're the little guy and genuinely need help but aren't made of money, definitely find someone else to help you.

DUI

Mr Bowman is a great lawyer he walked me through the process. He made the experience as stress free as possible. He spike directly with the DA to plead my case. He kept me from having to serve any jail time. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a great attorney.
