Mr. Brad Williams is by far the best lawyer I have seen in and out of the court room. I had one of the most difficult DWI cases and Brad ate the courts lunch and proved my innocence. This man will fight until the very end and gets results. I can’t thank Brad enough. He always let me know how things were going and he actually cares. Brad J. Williams specializes in felony and misdemeanor Criminal Defense. He is the first and only NCDD Board Certified DUI Defense Specialist in the State of Arkansas (and one of only 51 in the United States). Also, in 2016, Brad became the first and only lawyer in the State of Arkansas to be designated by the American Chemical Society - Chemistry and the Law Division as a "Forensic Lawyer Scientist."

Brad is from Little Rock and is a graduate of Catholic High School, Hendrix College, and the William H. Bowen School of Law. He is also a graduate of the Trial Practice Institute of the National Criminal Defense College (NCDC) at Mercer University School of Law.

Almost the entirety of Brad’s practice is devoted to Criminal and DWI Defense. Brad is a trained field sobriety test practitioner and instructor. He was the first lawyer in Arkansas to complete the Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement (ARIDE) course and the DRE Overview Course for lawyers. Additionally, he has received years of extensive training in pharmacology, toxicology, and forensic science.

For every year since 2010, Brad has been named a Mid-South SuperLawyers Rising Star. Arkansas Life and Little Rock Soirée magazines have named Brad among the “Best Lawyers” in Little Rock.

Brad enjoys passing on his knowledge to others by teaching other attorneys at various educational events throughout the year. He is a faculty member of the National College for DUI Defense (NCDD) and a founding member of the DUI Defense Lawyers Association (DUIDLA). He is also a member of the Arkansas Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (AACDL) and National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL).

Incredible Service

Highly Recommend. The Best at what he does.

Mr. Brad Williams is outstanding. The amount of effort and thoughtfulness he puts toward his clients is unmatched. Attorney Brad Williams

Mr Williams, represented my wife on 4 different charges. His attention to detail while watching body cam footage allowed him to catch the trooper making a mistake. This mistake was enough to not allow the evidence to come thus leading to a not guilty verdict. He was able tonexplain away a second charge. So out of 4 charges my wife pled guilty to the two lesser charges. Avoided any jail time and paid our fines.

Stupendous

Working with Brad has been one of the best experiences you can have with a lawyer. He is down to earth understands the pain of charges, awaiting trials and being absolutely innocent. DUI case

Bennett and Williams did an amazing job , I spoke with him about a year ago involving a case with my mom down here the communication was great the price was 4500 but it was DEFINITELY Worth it he got my moms case dismissed. Lifesaving attorney sent from heaven!!!

Brad Williams wow, what an amazing attorney!!! He did everything he could to save my husband’s CDL and his job! He had a very difficult case with prior DWI’s, CDL speeding and a child in the car at time of pullover in one of the worst counties in Arkansas. Hire a winner

I found Brad Williams on the internet. I was looking for someone who had a winning track record and it showed he did. My Son needed to win and Mr Williams did the job. He presented the case to the judge and it was over in less than and hour. Brad found the evidence indicated and error by law enforcement that very well could have been missed by just a average Lawyer! Don’t take a chance when it comes to DUI/DWI, get a Lawyer who specializes in this field of law! I honestly feel that the courts are harder on this offense than any other. You just can’t afford it! Don’t just settle on a Lawyer, hire The best, hire Brad Williams and expect to win! He found the small thing that would be easy to overlook and WON! Brad Williams is worth it!

Best lawyer in the business

I contacted Mr. Williams after I was charged with: driving left of center, refusal to submit, and dwi. Within a week of the arrest he had taken over my case and was in constant contact with the prosecutor. I never made a call to anyone other than him nor received a call from anyone. He and his staff handled my case from arrest to the NOT GUILTY verdict! At the end of my trial the arresting officer actually asked Mr. Williams to come conduct a training session to show his officers how they should conduct a field sobriety test!

DWI, Refusal

Best lawyer hands down! After doing research on Brad I called & explained my situation too him. He was very upfront about the outcomes of my case after watching the motion of discovery. After waiting a year & a half Brad went in the court room yesterday & did his thang & won my case in the hardest county too beat a DWI! I was also arrested by a (State Trooper) which was a d*ck heah! Brad, pays attention too every little detail & mistake that officers make in reports & what they fail too do properly during a DWI situation! Brad knows his job & is very knowledgeable! I didn’t have too say a word or have my witness too testify that’s how you know Brad controls the court room! Without a doubt I would 100% recommend anyone hiring Brad! I wish I could rate him more stars!

Very pleased with my results

My case took about a year and a half to resolve due to the pandemic. This was a very difficult situation to deal with knowing the uncertainty of how and when my case would even be heard let alone resolved. Through several continuances, Mr Williams and his staff kept me informed of every changing occurrence. I was acquitted of all counts and could not have been more pleased.
