Biography
I primarily practice in Plaintiff's litigation in personal injury and other types of insurance cases, as well as real estate issues.
I successfully settle most car wreck and personal injury cases prior to the case going to trial, but I am ready to take your case in front of a jury if an insurance company refuses to settle for what you are entitled.
I also represent a variety of landlords for evictions through the Arkansas civil eviction process known as Unlawful Detainer. Due to the Arkansas criminal eviction process recently becoming unavailable for many landlords, landlords will need to become familiar with the civil eviction process in order to protect their property rights. I offer free consults to landlords and property managers to explain the process and discuss how I can help provide an affordable solution for their eviction needs.
I have also successfully represented clients in criminal defense, family law, debtor defense, and many other legal matterS and continue to operate a general practice firm.

Honest, hard working attorney
