Honest, hard working attorney

Made it look easy!

I've dealt with plenty of lawyers unfortunately, four of them being from Jacksonville and was very disappointed in all of them except good ol' Craig Friedman. I was fed up with these lawyer that could care less what happens with ur case as long as they get paid. One very well known lawyer from Jacksonville didn't even bother to show up for my felony hearing. Some guy I've never even seen before showed up. Craig on the other hand was in constant communication with me and when it came time for court he caught the prosecuting attorney off-guard by letting her know,"we're ready for trial...where are ur people?" He had her backtracking and looking like an idiot, so she came back with this deal that cost me about 8-10% as much as her original BS offer. This guy knows his stuff, didn't charge me hardly anything compared to my lawyers in the past and get this....he actually did his job! He didn't come alone either. He brought a team of lawyers and not only saved me money, but my career!

I primarily practice in Plaintiff's litigation in personal injury and other types of insurance cases, as well as real estate issues.

I successfully settle most car wreck and personal injury cases prior to the case going to trial, but I am ready to take your case in front of a jury if an insurance company refuses to settle for what you are entitled.

I also represent a variety of landlords for evictions through the Arkansas civil eviction process known as Unlawful Detainer. Due to the Arkansas criminal eviction process recently becoming unavailable for many landlords, landlords will need to become familiar with the civil eviction process in order to protect their property rights. I offer free consults to landlords and property managers to explain the process and discuss how I can help provide an affordable solution for their eviction needs.

I have also successfully represented clients in criminal defense, family law, debtor defense, and many other legal matterS and continue to operate a general practice firm.

Honest, hard working attorney

Craig Friedman returned all my calls, kept me updated, and was very polite and professional. It is a small firm so he handles all his cases personally unlike most firms. You won't regret hiring this guy.

Amazing and professional !

Mr. Friedman handled a car wreck for me and another breach of contract lawsuit where I was the defendant. Mr. Friedman and his team were professional, thorough and dedicated with both cases ! He recovered more money than my car was worth (after being totaled) and also recieved a substantial amount for pain and suffering which more than covered my medical bills! It was nice to have someone trustworthy and hard-working to handle all of my overwhelming bills ! On the breach of contract lawsuit he and his team spent countless hours on paperwork and during the trial with jury it was evident how much time he had spent studying the case and learning every aspect about it. The jury unanimously voted in our favor and a huge weight was lifted off of my shoulder. He is not just some lawyer that takes any case and wants the money. He is affordable and cares about his clients!

What a GREAT experience!!
