From an early age, I found that I was very adept at working with fine details and applying them toward a solution. As someone who has always been an analytical thinker, I reveled in the art of critical thinking and problem-solving. This is what eventually led to me joining the U.S. Army.
I joined the Army so that I could learn to further develop those skills and apply them to real-world situations. For me, one of the best parts of serving was learning to work with others toward a common goal. It's what not only led me toward serving my country, but also a big part of what got me through my service, which included my participation in the invasion of Panama in 1989.
When I finished my service, I was immediately drawn toward practicing law because I knew it would allow me to continue to use my analytical and problem-solving skills to serve my community. I was quickly accepted into the University of Nebraska College of Law and received my Juris Doctor before returning to my home state of Arkansas to begin practicing law. From the outset, I decided to focus on a few areas of the law that would provide me with the opportunity to help people who often didn't have the means or opportunity to help themselves.
My initial focus was on legal appeals because I knew that my ability to study the smallest details of a case could go a long way toward helping my clients reverse the original decision in their case. Outside of appeals, I decided to also devote my knowledge and expertise toward family and military law.
Given my military background and my familiarity with many of the legal entanglements associated with military service, I knew I wanted to provide counsel and support for the brave men and women who have served and continue to serve this great country. Serving in the U.S. Army has provided me with a strong familiarity with the unique situations that service members face, both in regards to their relationships with family and their legal affairs.
At the end of the day, my goal is to provide affordable, reliable legal services and representation to individuals and families in Little Rock, Conway, and across the state of Arkansas. With over two decades of experience practicing law throughout the state, I'm truly committed to helping the members of my community navigate the legal system. I do this by providing effective legal strategies that can help them overcome whatever challenges they may be facing.
Through compassion, dedication, and a relentless work ethic, I'll do everything I can to help my clients find a solution that can help them move forward. So if you or someone you know is looking for trusted legal counsel, call my office today and schedule a free case consultation.

I chose Mr. Scholl to represent me based upon his "10" AVVO rating , believing he had experience in military divorce. In hindsight, I should've been worried when my divorce decree was sent to a wrong address and there was confusion about whether the Department of Finance and Accounting Service [DFA...

Very satisfied with Mr Scholl's service, especially his timeliness in getting back to me regarding my questions. Very knowledgeable in Family Law. He kept my case moving along while apposing lawyer seemed indifferent in reaching a conclusion.

"Scott is a knowledgable, thoughtful, skill attorney whom I have worked with before and known for some time. I would recommend him in several areas of law. He also has a very pleasant demeanor and works well with his clients and opposing counsel."
"Scott is a dedicated, hard working, professional, who cares about his clients and goes out of his way to give them the best representation possible."
"I endorse this lawyer. Scott graciously allowed me to work with him and gain experience in 2015. Two of the best qualities about him, as an attorney, are his adherece to and knowledge of the legal system, and his candid client counseling. It was an honor to work with him. I also enforce his military law experience. I am the daughter of a retired Army Colonel so the military and their families are special to me. If you are a service member or family member and need assistance I would not hesitate to contact Scott to assist you."
"I endorse Mr. Scholl unequivocally. His impressive skills range from superb work in family law to thoroughly outstanding work in military law assisting our servicemen and servicewomen with a variety of issues."
"Mr. Scholl's track record is astounding, and he went out of his way to point this young lawyer in the right direction. I encourage anyone needing a family law attorney to go to Mr. Scholl."
"Scott has always proven to be a thorough and well prepared attorney who zealously represents his clients' interests. Scott's knowledge of family law in general and military law in particular is a great asset to his clients."
"I endorse this lawyer. It is clear by reading the answers in the AVVO community that this lawyer is a top notch attorney who is highly respected in the legal community."
