Forever Grateful
Lisa and her team were so very amazing to work with. They helped me with my social security disability claim and walked me through every step. If I didn’t understand something, they made sure to explain it to where I was able to understand. I am forever grateful to them.

Professional, Communicative, and Caring
As a family going through the disability process for the first time, we were prepared to have to fight every step of the way. Because of Ms. Douglas and her team, we merely had to complete the requests on time and we didn't feel stressed as expected. Ms. Douglas and her team kept us updated, they were professional, patiently answered our questions, and cared about us. She is clearly a 5-star attorney and her team is incredible. I tried in 2019 on 2 different times, to try and get disability and was turned down. I was very frustrated, because I was giving them all the information that was ask for, so I had given up, because that’s a lot of work. I saw an advertisement that stated, if you have been turned down we can help you. I called the office, and started the process again. I am very proud to say I was approved!! The paralegal you will speak with is fantastic!! You stay on top of your part and let them do the rest. Highly recommend. They helped me greatly.

I had been denied disability twice and a friend recommended Lisa Douglas. I am so thankful for all of their hard work on my case. Kristy in her office helped me get all updated doctor records. Social security attorney extraordinaire
After my injury, i was floundering. My Doctor’s advice was to “file for disability because you will not likely work again “. That was tough to swallow, but I realized that he was right and that I needed help. Google gave me a range of attorneys, so I talked with a few. Lisa Douglas was easy to talk to and didn’t try to shine me on about anything, which was refreshing. She was professional and walked me through the steps. The scary interview with a judge was made easy due to her prep and presence. I would recommend her and her team anytime. On a scale from 1 to 10, she gets an 11.

YOUR BEST CHANCE !
Social Security Disability applications should be handled by a knowledgeable and experienced attorney from the very beginning and the FIRST time you apply! I can't stress this too much! Legalese is a language that they speak fluently. And you need that. Don't waste your time trying to do it yourself. Let them do it for you the FIRST time in order to get your best chance of succeeding. You can actually hurt your chances by doing it yourself and not letting them do it the FIRST time. AND you are wasting your time even if you do speak legalese. Because there are many factors involved. You will benefit greatly from their experience and have the best chance to succeed. This word to the wise should be sufficient!
