Mr. Hensley immediately questioned why the statutes weren’t being adhered to and promised me he would take care of it. I was skeptical as most of us are when dealing with attorneys. However, this matter had drug on for years and I wanted it handled correctly. My previous attorney and the attorney for the unlicensed contractor didn’t seem to even know about the state statute. Jim Hensley is absolutely the lawyer you want representing you or anyone in your family, regardless of the situation. My son got a DWI during his freshman year in college, and we all were so very concerned. Mr. Hensley counseled all of us, explained the legal situation precisely and clearly, laid out... every option available to us and what his recommended strategy would be. He met privately with our kid who came away feeling much better about his predicament and his future. Mr. Hensley and his great staff took care of everything, remained consistently available, and after some back and forth with the prosecuting attorney's office my kid ended up with an agreed settlement that had reasonable consequences (that with Jim's counseling has made my kid a better person) but will keep it off his record.
