Best Attorney Ever
Me and Mr. Ferguson had our first conversation back in November 2010. When it came time to really need his help in May 2015 he was there for me. Mr. Ferguson and his team of Attorneys and Paralegals are professional and sensitive to to their clients needs. I would recommend Mr. Ferguson to anyone that is needing a Criminal Defense Attorney. He is experienced and knows what he is doing. He takes the time to listen to his clients and does he research to do the best job that he can in defending his clients. During my experience with Mr. Ferguson when he defended me in court, it was unbelievable on how prepared he was and how he conducted himself during trial. He was electrifying. Completely Satisfied With This Law Office
I contacted Claiborne Ferguson Law Office through their contact form on their website on a Saturday and received a reply the next day. My daughter needed help with a shoplifting charge. Mr. Ferguson had it resolved in less than three weeks total and the outcome was better than I could have ever hoped for. Communication with everyone in the office was excellent, very responsive to questions and helpful in every way. I can't say enough good things about the form and about how relieved we were, not having to deal with the legal system alone. Worth every penny.

After Hours
I have heard of lawyers and firms that have a good reputation. I have never experienced one before until coming in contact with Claiborne Ferguson. I contacted him by email about 10:30 pm on Friday with a crisis. I got a response back at 6:29 am on Saturday. I have never heard of firms working outside of Monday thru Friday business hours. I can say this firm does. They went well above and beyond what I expected from any firm. I am well pleased with their prompt responses to my crises situation. He did not stop until everything was taken care of completely. I would recommend him and his firm to anyone that need legal assistance.

Great help!
Without saying what I was accused of...it wasnt a good case. I didnt di it, they believed me and got the case dismissed. Very pleased. It was a long process, would have liked it to have moved faster but they said time is always on my side. Guess they were right.

Outstanding expertise
While looking for an attorney to have my HMVO lifted in Memphis, I ran into The Claiborne Ferguson Law Firm, P.A., I was appoint Attorney Ferguson. Immediately I came to the realization that I had found the right place. He was extremely friendly and professional, experienced in his field, and could talk in detail the current statuses and errors involving HMVO cases. Everything went as planned and the HMVO was lifted and could not have been happier with the outcome. In addition, aside from the impressive building they have with a very comfortable atmosphere, he also is located in the perfect location, within a minute's walking distance from the court house. They offer free parking at their lot for people on their court dates with the firm. I highly recommend anyone with any legal issues to come see this local firm in Memphis, TN, I am positive you will share the same experience as I have.

I was accused of theif of property from a company mr Ferguson and his team worked hard on me case I was tried by jury and was found not guilty by all 12 jurors Mr Ferguson and his team are highly recommended

case dismissed!
I was facing being pit on the sex offender registry after she lied about having sex. Mr. Ferguson and his investigator got her to tell the truth and the state had to dismiss the case!

Hired him for my son, great result!
My son got arrested for drugs while in college in Memphis. I talked to Mr. Ferguson over the phone and really liked what he had to say. He did what he said, got a great result and my sons record is clean. Highly recommend.

I know Mr. Ferguson from his reputation as one of the best criminal defense attorney's in TN through fellow lawyers here in Nashville. When my son got into trouble, I hired him and he did everything he promised to protect my son from his own stupidity. If your child is in trouble, you need to hire Mr. Ferguson.

I was distraught and scard to death
I am soooo thankful to the Law Firm of Claiborne Ferguson. I called them the day that my incident occurred. Theresa, the legal secretary was extremely empathetic and made me feel protected, comfortable and helped to ease my anxiety. The Law firm is reasonable in cost and I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. My case was dismissed and my charges were expunged. Very thorough! Someone was always available to answer my questions and tend to my concerns. I was facing charges that would have cost me my job and professional license.
