Dan was a tremendous attorney and confident to me during one of the toughest times of my life (following my auto accident). A few years ago I was injured while riding my bike by a motorvehicle. Dan was recommended by a friend, as I could no longer engage in exercise activities. In June of 1998 I fell 40 ft from a roof onto the pavement. I was in intensive care for 2 weeks and then rehab for over 4 months. My wife just had a baby and I fell 2 weeks later.
