Doing it right.

As a licensed insurance and financial services representative for 30 years. I have had several opportunities to work with Mr. Bird. I found him to be very knowledgeable and straight forward. He is able to assess clients wants and translate this information into a successful plan to solve their needs.... He is very proficient in the use, and application of trusts, limited partnerships and wealth transfer strategies. I feel helping people protect their assets for themselves and their family is his primary concern. My family and I go to him when we want things done right.

Highly Recommend

Mr. Bird was my divorce attorney and handled my case with great expertise. I found Mr. Bird to be thorough and always prepared. He and his Paralegal were also very kind to me and handled my emotions well. I would highly recommend Mr. Bird.

A down-to-earth five-star lawyer

John T. Bird has handled a number of real-estate and family-law matters for me over many years. I know for a fact that he has decades of experience and knowledge and has seen matters much larger and more complicated than mine. What I appreciate is that he always treats my concerns as unique, import...ant, and worthy of his very best efforts—no plug-and-play treatment or short shrift. I also appreciate his excellent “bedside manner,” which includes offering comfort and ease in tense moments; presenting problems, processes, and options/solutions realistically and positively; using language understandable to a layman; and timely attention and follow-up. I have found his support team at the law firm to be very professional, courteous, and helpful. I admire John as an extraordinary counselor, citizen, family man, and friend. I recommend John and his law firm wholeheartedly.

John T. Bird. Attorney. Advocate. Friend. Mentor.

John is a great attorney. He is so much more when he represents his clients. He becomes an advocate. I often refer people looking for an attorney to John. He started representing my father in the 1970's and has represented my three brothers and sister since then.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
