My wife and I contacted Norman and within a few days had a consultation to let us know our options ahead of time as to which bankruptcy would be the best. His team is very friendly and knowledgeable. Norman made sure when we had our first in person meeting to let us know of the challenges that we wou...ld face and help us through those hurdles. I never thought I would need to file for bankruptcy but as my debt kept piling up it was a never ending cycle. The entire process was fairly painless and him and his staff were all very polite and helpful. I never felt like is was being judged for my situation. Jennifer, and sorry forgot other young ladies name who assisted me when I had a bit of a breakdown because my case and monthly dollar amount was being raised. I was so upset and spoke with Norman's assistants and they treated me like a human being and not just a number! I cancelled my appt because ...my family and I caught COV19 and was a nervous wreck anyway! They reached out to me and I spoke with Norman a couple of weeks later and he was just as kind and caring as his people! You dont cross the paths of many attorney's that actually care about the people they are servicing, but these people actually do. I would highly recommend this group if you are facing a hardship and have to file bankruptcy to gain some financial relief...people forget what you do for them but they never forget how you make them feel.
