My wife and I contacted Norman and within a few days had a consultation to let us know our options ahead of time as to which bankruptcy would be the best. His team is very friendly and knowledgeable. Depending on the staff I talked to I got different answers to my questions. Also it was only about their time. They would request paperwork the day that I was supposed to go in for my appointment call and say oh you have to bring something else too and I would tell them I’m coming from work and can’t... go home to get that and be on time. And then I would say why didn’t you email and asked me days prior and they told me they were busy. I also waited several months for them to get the initial paperwork going after I had paid him in full. When I did call they acted like I was bothering them. Also had the dates mixed up on my house foreclosure So I ended up moving out of my house 2 to 3 months early and incurring all those charges
