I don't think Norman is a good attorney. He did not do work the work to handle our case. I also tried contacting him and his office many times and was not able to reach them , and was never called back while he had been paid in full. My case was not work or resolved, but he kept the full amount of... $$$ he charged to handle my case. Do not pay his full fee charges up front. He did not do his work that he charged me for and did not go to bat for our family.

Depending on the staff I talked to I got different answers to my questions. Also it was only about their time. They would request paperwork the day that I was supposed to go in for my appointment call and say oh you have to bring something else too and I would tell them I’m coming from work and can’t... go home to get that and be on time. And then I would say why didn’t you email and asked me days prior and they told me they were busy. I also waited several months for them to get the initial paperwork going after I had paid him in full. When I did call they acted like I was bothering them. Also had the dates mixed up on my house foreclosure So I ended up moving out of my house 2 to 3 months early and incurring all those charges
