Malik is both an attorney and a doctor and ardently pursued my mother's case against DePuy regarding her failed hip implant and now, many months later, and just days before the Texas statute of limitation runs out, dropped mom's case. There is not much work on the client end except for signing some paper work. Also, we are able to fill out any fact sheets over the phone in order to minimize your work as the client. However, this case will probably take approximately 3 years to reach settlement, so you will have to patient. We will do everything in our power to handle the case as quickly as possible. And January 23, 2013 this: We have all the records and can see that this is a good case and we would like to take care of it for you as best we can. Please let me know if this helps. I just want to make sure that you know your mother will still receive a settlement and she won't have to turn all of the money over to the insurance company.
