also known as Jake
I moved to Colorado in 2010 after practicing law in Kansas for several years. In Kansas I first practiced as a Public Defender representing clients in felony criminal cases ranging from misdemeanors to homicide. After practicing as a Public Defender for just over one year I was approached by the District Attorney Office to switch sides and join their office as an Assistant District Attorney. In my first year as a prosecutor I was assigned to the felony trial division and prosecuted felony jury trials mostly comprised of DUIs and drug crimes. I then transitioned in to the gang and violent crime unit for the next few years until I resigned my position in 2010 and moved to Colorado with my wife. I began my Colorado legal career by joining Pollart & Miller in January, 2011 and worked with the firm's managing partner to start a criminal defense practice. I now represent clients charged with criminal offenses throught the Denver Metro Area and all through the front range. If you need help with criminal charges please contact me for a complimentary case consultation.

Thank you Jake
Hiring Mr. Johnson was the best thing I ever could have done during such a stressful time. I had never been arrested before and was very upset with myself for allowing myself to get a DUI. Mr. Johnson and his staff were very sympathetic and non-judgmental. While in court, Mr. Johnson presented me as ...
