At the first meeting with Mr Passanise we were feeling hopeless after having been to criminal court in a county that seemed to make their own rules/laws. As well as having false charges in two other counties from an incident that should have been a family matter. Joe listened and then gave us his pla...n for the next steps. He was realistic and knew it would be an up hill battle and it was not going to be easy case. It became clear after that first meeting that Mr. Passanise's legal strategy would require a team approach. Each step of that strategy was well thought out and implemented. When there were questions Joe's team was there to answer or Joe was available via email. Prior to attendance at court dates a meeting was held with Mr. Passanise so everyone was clear on what to expect. Mr Passanise, as well as his staff, are passionate, caring and available. Everyone worked very hard and diligently for the great outcome of all three cases. Two of the cases were dropped and probation was reinstated. We are now able to move on and heal and rebuild our lives. Joe Passanise is a passionate advocate for his clients!

I got a DUI about 4 years ago. After a consultation with Joe, he had me take care of some things before my court date, such as some volunteer work and a SATOP class. Joe did his best to make my case a strong one. Our goal was an SIS, and that's what he got me. I had unsupervised probation for 2 years..., and after a nominal fee and hiring Joe back, I got off of probation early. He did exactly what he said he could do for me. That's all I could really ask for. My lesson has been learned, and it won't be a mistake that will haunt me for the rest of my life.

My wife and I hired Joe for a serious charge that our son had. We hired Joe based on his reputation but didn't know about this review website or anything about him other than by searching on the Internet. We really didn't know if we were making the right decision but out of freaking out about the sit...uation with our son, hired him. Hiring Joe is one of the best decisions we could have made. Joe met with us and we immediately felt better. We walked away from that meeting absolutely confident (and relieved) that Joe was representing our son. We were extremely impressed with his knowledge, his strategy for how to handle the case plus a plan he gave to our son as to what he needed to do. The plan for our son were steps to improve his case but, more importantly, things to do to improve his life. We had an idea of what we had hoped for the outcome only to be further impressed with Joe! After a great deal of work, phone calls, meetings, negotiations, he was able to have the case dismissed. Unbelievable! Speaking of unbelievable, our son got into trouble a second time! Even though this case isn't as serious, we turned to Joe a second time for representation and his help. Joe is an incredible attorney but also a caring person. He is trying to help our son get his life turned around and get on track from the trouble he's been in. He has given our son a plan with things that he needs to do (yes, for the court case) but mostly to change his life. Joe's phenomenal team includes his paralegal, Sarah. Sarah is equally as awesome as Joe is. She is just excellent as well. She explains the legalities of what is going on but where she really shines is that she cares! You aren't just a client but someone with a problem and she cares to help you. The combination of Joe and Sarah is unlike any legal team you'll find. My wife is a paralegal so she is experienced with attorneys and paralegals, and not easily impressed. She has said many times how grateful she is that we have Joe and Sarah in our lives and helping our son. Anytime you call or email Sarah, she gets right back to you. Joe and/or Sarah are right there for us as clients. To make this a thorough review for potential clients, my wife and I have tried to think of a constructive criticism to include. We don't have anything at all to say! We cannot recommend highly or recommend enough Joe (and thus Sarah) as an attorney. While Joe's reputation is excellent, client experience really is what matters to us. Joe and Sarah's communication is excellent, knowledge is in-depth, experience is superb, and caring about us as clients is amazing. His fees are more than reasonable too. It is your life and future so you want to hire the best. Joe (and Sarah) are the very best!

I call it a win in my case as I was not convicted and I am very happy. He exceeded my expectations and I would recommend him to anyone.
