Great staff and lawyer

The staff at the lawfirm were diligent in helping me schedule a phone hearing for my liscense reinstatement. Being a resident of another state 12 hours from Missouri really was a burden but they helped correlate everything. Very fair pricing and got the job done. Thank you.

Best criminal attorney in MO.

In 2021 I faced what looked like a very uncertain situation I never thought I see myself in. I was charged with a felony. I live in NY and was lucky to be referred to him by another amazing attorney. During each meeting we had, he took his time to listen and take notes. His confidence and experience ...took all the worries and burden away from me. His professionalism and knowledge made me feel that I was finally going to get the help I needed. Within a few months, my case was fully dismissed before going to a preliminary hearing!. Even before a preliminary hearing was scheduled. He made sure I did not go to Jail and was able to negotiate a no bond with electronic check-in. During this time. Joe made sure I was constantly updated on the matter even took time to call me after hours or during the weekends. I cannot say how thankful I am to Joe and his team.

Even Better Results than Hoped For

Joe worked hard and long on my case. He was persistent and dedicated. He stayed focused on the main objective while being mindful of my own priorities and focuses. The battle was long, but the victory was sweet. My results are better than I could have hoped for, and I will be forever grateful for the... work he and his team put in. Joe Passanise thank you!

Mr. Passanise was kind enough to take up my case after another attorney in their law firm passed away. That attorney was Dee Wampler. After meeting Mr. Wampler and reading about him I have no doubt in my mind that he would only surround himself with like minded individuals which strive for justice. ...Even though I never spoke to Joe personally he attended court for me and was able to get my case dismissed. He is an excellent attorney and a man of his word.
