Great Representation

Joe has been a fantastic attorney. I was arrested on charges of Driving While Intoxicated. This was a new area for me, as I have never had any issues with the law prior to this incident. Joe walked me through the process and was there if I had any questions along the way. He was upfront about wha...t might happen with my case and advocates strongly on my behalf in court. In the end, it wound up being one of the results he had shared as a 'hope' but not a likelihood. I trusted in his guidance and did all of the things he asked of me. It really did pay off and I am very grateful for his assistance. If anyone I know is ever in need of an attorney I will absolutely recommend Joe and his staff.

Great attorney and great law firm

Joseph Passanise did an excellent job handling my misdemeanor case. He was very knowledgeable of the law and fought hard for me. He kept a conviction off of my record and all I ended up paying was a nominal court fee. I would highly recommend him as an attorney.

Life Changing Representation

Joe Passanise represented me on two separate criminal cases. The outcome of both cases would inevitably impact my future greatly. Joe offered straight forward, honest possibilities regarding the final sentence and gave me the information and steps I personally needed to take to rebuild my character a...nd informed me of what he and his associates would be doing to strive to achieve the best possible outcome. Throughout this entire 'court' process I was impressed by his courtroom demeanor, level of confidence when speaking on my behalf, and the obvious respect he has earned both inside and outside of the courtroom. In my personal experience, each court date brought anxiety, nervousness, and humility upon entering the third floor of the courthouse. I cannot explain the feeling of relief and pride that came over me when I would see Joe, walking in and out of courtrooms, his presence present to anyone who saw him, with an air of confidence and intent, and he would greet me and briefly explain what to expect when it was time to appear in front of the Judge. I remember thinking after each initial encounter, "That's my Attorney, and he really is the best one here..." To know that you have Joe Passanise in your corner and fighting for the best possible outcome is priceless. His guidance and endearing support has changed my life. I hope to not need his services in the future, but I wouldn't go to anyone else for legal representation. The outcome of both of my cases were ideal and I believe it is a direct result of Joe's honest, straightforward advice he gave me to improve my life and his relentless efforts in defending me and communicating with the prosecutors.

Great lawyer and a great guy

I have known joe threw my work for a long time now. So before he was ever my lawyer I knew him. I knew he was a great person and sometimes that's hard to come by in his business.

best attorney

I was a paralegal for 14 years. I had worked with Joe in the past and when my son found himself in trouble Joe is the only attorney I trusted to take care of my son. He is a top notch litigator and a very good mam to boot.
