Traffic matter

Mr. Passanise was able to get a traffic matter reduced for me. I am very pleased with his representation in this matter and would recommend him to others.

Great Team!

From the first "weekend" meeting, until the court room finale, Joe and his team coached, cajoled and came through every step of the way. His aide Sarah was incredible as well. If you need the best, Joe and his team are the answer!

DWI

This was absolutley the best experience I have had with an attorney. They got me in for a consultation quickly and started working on my case immediately. Not only were they able to get my DWI dropped to an SIS, they have continued to help me throughout my probation period. Sarah, the paralegal is ab...solutley incredible. She always answers her phone or gets back to me in a timely fashion and she is incredibly knowledgeable (and if she doesn't know something she is quick to find out). Joe and/or Scott were there in the courtroom with me each time and their professionalism and knowledge of the law put me as at ease as you can be in this kind of situation. While this was my first and only time being on the defendant side of the courtroom, it was not my first time dealing with an attorney. Other lawyers I have dealt with seemed like they were in it to milk me for as much money as possible. They were upfront about pricing and charged me not a cent more than what we agreed upon. There aren't many out there who genuinley care about their clients the way Joe and his team do. They made me feel like family. I would absolutley reccomend this law office to anyone in need of a defense attorney. They know what they are doing and they do it well.

You're truly a priority- not just a name on a file

My family has worked with Joe, Scott, and Sarah, on several different matters. Some small and some not so small. From the first time we all sat down together I felt like I could finally take a little breath. Scott is so warm and personable, not intimidating as some might assume an attorney to be. He ...and his team were extremely knowledgeable. I knew they had our best interest in mind and that they were invested in truly "wanting" to help resolve each matter. My family won't talk to anyone but Joe Passanise and his amazing team!!! You guys really are the best! Thanks for everything, you are appreciated more than you know!!
