Super Lawyer

I would say that Mr. Passanise is the exclusive "Super Lawyer" for the four-state area. I had heard that he was really good, I was really surprised when he went to work on my case. I had an out of state pretty significant criminal charge. All the attorney's I talked to where trying to get me to plead... guilty and take a plea deal. Once I hired Mr. Passanise that was no longer the case. I told him I was not guilty and did not want to plead guilty. He worked a great deal on my case and was able to get my case completely dismissed. I was really impressed with the way he handled everything. His office was really nice to work with too, they actually seemed to care about me and my future.

I was referred to Dee Wampler and Josephe Passanise from a friend when I was issued a DWI. Joe was my attorney and Sarah was my Paralegal. Joe was able to get it Deferred for me. I couldn't have asked for a better out come and can not thank the whole team enough! Highly recommend there team if you ne...ed them.

When your livelihood depends on it... Hire JP

I was charged with a DUI for refusal. To my dismay, I still had a prior DUI on my record from over 9 years ago, the prosecutor was ruthless in my case. There was no way I was going to give up without a fight. It was a matter of principle to me, I wasn't guilty this time. I was absolutely guilty ...of having a less than friendly attitude with the idiot who pulled me over. Our legal system, and I use this term loosely, is a ridiculous group of people who go to court day after day, a never ending saga designed to catch you up in their web of wasted time and money. It is impossible to navigate their tangled web on your own. The nature of my career requires travel, and lots of driving. Losing my license was not an option, Joe arranged a court order to allow me to continue to drive. Not one single day without driving privileges. Joe was the first attorney I reached out to. In the past, I hired an attorney who took my money, and let me suffer the consequences. Suspended license, community service, fines, SR-22, and a conviction. It was also a refusal case, but my lawyer didn't do anything to help me. I learned the hard way, don't hire just any attorney and expect them to care about you. The day I met Joe, he said to me "don't worry about this, that's what you hired me to do ". He meant it. It's been 3 and 1/2 years and I got the call from Sara that "it's over, we won". The charges were dropped. I cried... I've learned a lot this time. Be sweet as pie to the police if I am ever pulled over, and if I am accused of a crime, call Joe. He had my back. In regards to the support staff, top notch. Sara has been in constant contact with me throughout the entire ordeal. She would call me before each scheduled court appearance and cheerfully say, "you don't have to go to court today ". I dreaded making an appearance in the 3 ring circus aka Greene County Court. I went the one and only time Joe needed me to be there. Needless to say, I looked forward to Sara's call on scheduled court dates. The follow up to clear my driving record and expunge the ugly past is underway. In closing, I sincerely appreciate and applaud the performance of The Law Office of Dee Wampler and Joe Passinese. Thank you

Worth It

When my wife and I heard the amount of money we would have to pay for Joe to take my case, we felt like we took a punch to the gut. We had already spent so much on a lawyer who did nothing to help, and advised I should bend over and take a charge and a consequence I felt I didn't deserve and would pr...etty near ruin my life. When I met with Joe, he assured us he would fight. Out of all the lawyers I met with, Joe was the only one with the drive and confidence I felt I had to find in my lawyer to save me from this. I needed someone who would fight tooth and nail for me, and I had no choice but to put all my eggs, and money, in his basket. We were scared that he was all talk, that he knew what we wanted to hear and knew what to say to get us to hand him our savings. But we had to give it a shot. You can't support your family from jail. It turned out to be the best decision I made since being charged. My biggest regret is hiring someone else first, and wasting all that time and money. If you need a fight, don't even bother looking at another attorney. He searched for every possible angle, every way he could help me, and most importantly believed in me. He offered so much advise and legal support to give me the best possible outcome. He got my felony DWI charge down to a misdemeanor, and even with the circumstances and my sobriety and hard work, that's rare and hard to do. But he fought for me. His team is worth every penny. My ONLY complaint is that the front desk assistant is cold and impersonable. For the quality of attorney, I was surprised at her poor customer service!
