Joe Passinise

After receiving my first DWI back in Aug. 2020, I consulted and hired Joe to represent me. His staff was very proactive and let me know exactly what I needed to be working on while I was waiting on my court date. While there were times I felt communication was a little lacking, his staff (Sarah) k...ept assuring me that if there was information that was important I would be told. Meanwhile, they continued to work behind the scenes and helped me get a settlement that I could be happy with. Hope and pray I never need them again but glad i chose his office.

Mr. Passanise is the best!

Mr. Passanise took my cases for multiple charges in two separate counties. I was on a total path of drug addiction and self destruction when I hired Mr. Passanise. I have since turned my life around and I am on a clean and sober journey and I can truly sat that if it had not been for him I would be... in prison. Joe Passanise was a total God send to me and my family. He worked tirelessly for me when no one else would. I highly recommend him and his staff for any legal issues that you need help with.

General rowdiness after having fun .

Super Lawyer

I hired Joe and was NOT disappointed. He took the time to hear out my situation and make objectives for what I wanted and reached every goal. If you find yourself in a tough spot, I see no reason to go anywhere else but Joe.

Outcome could not of been better

Joe and his team have been extremely good to me and patient. I did not understand there tactics or see the big picture, I lost my cool with him and his team on more than one occasion, looking back on the last few years, I could if been less of a pain in the arse for everyone involved, I was petulant ...and very impatient, ultimately they took better care of me than I deserved. Joe and his team without a doubt are the best in the 417 in my opinion
