Honest & Incredible

I was recommended Passanise when I received my second DWI. I didn’t know what to expect, but upon meeting, he was so fair, he listens to everything you say. They ask you do get all these things done before your court date, DO THEM, it’s worth it, and made such a difference in my case. He fought hard ...to get me the best outcome I could get! He got one of my tickets completely dismissed! as well as unsupervised probation, and community service for a heavy dwi ticket! No jail time at all, which is all I could ask for, but he did even better! He will be my go to for anything I need in the future! Definitely not another DWI though, because thanks to this law firm’s encouragement to go to AA, and stay sober, I’m now a year and a half sober, and don’t have to worry about that kind of trouble again! HIGHLY recommend hiring him!

When your world falls down around you, Joe is the person you want on your side!

When your accused of something you didn't do, the media, your friends, your job and even your family may not be there for you. You need the best lawyer you can get to be on your side! Joe will be there for the entire journey, it last longer than one thinks. From telling you what is going on, to ...what the options are, he listens and knows what to do. He has the experience to know what to do, who to talk to, and how to handle your case with care and professionalism. You cannot find a better lawyer in Springfield if your accused of a crime! If anyone asks me for a recommendation for a criminal attorney to represent them, he will be my first and only one!

No Point Infraction Win

Joseph and his team did an outstanding job taking a very high criminal speeding ticket down to a 1-5 mph no point infraction. As a cdl holder this definitely was a life saver. Also being an non Missouri resident they worked well with me to do what I needed to get done for the court date. I hope I nev...er have to use them again and I mean that in the absolute nicest way possible!! But will 1000% recommend Joseph to anyone that made a bad mistake.

Life Restored

One amazing team. I was falsely accused of Domestic Assault and Child Endangerment both felony cases in an elaborate scheme to remove me from my daughters life and extort money. Until you're an innocent person facing 20 years in prison you have no idea what it's like. I needed the best criminal de...fense attorney in the state; someone who I could trust both my daughters future to and mine. I was recommended to the Wampler & Passanise law firm. Joe understood the urgency and that these charges were crafted ultimately to gain leverage in a custody case. A very long story shortened, Joe & his amazing partner Taylon were able to get both charges dismissed and completely off my record ultimately leading to a much easier custody modification. I am so fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with such a skilled and compassionate firm who truly restored my life.

Exceptional Attorney

I was very pleased with how Joe took care of my DWI case. He was able to get a great deal considering the circumstances. The office was always prompt in returning calls as well. I would recommend Joe to anyone who has multiple DWI's. Joe was the second attorney I hired for this case, due to me trying... to save money at first, and that was a bad idea. In the long run it ended up costing more. Joe had to fix a bunch of screw-ups that my first attorney caused. He was well worth every penny, and I wish I would've went to Joe first!
