Susan Dianne Bratcher

Does not follow through. Talks a big game but in the end you PAY for no results. My father had stocks through a company and she never got them released. My family and I contacted her many, many times over the course of a year. After PAYING for her services we contacted her directly and spoke with her... as to where paperwork was sent paperwork for approval of the transfer of ownership. I verified the address many times and checked in many times (again spoke to her) about the fact we never received it. Wish we had done more homework and found another lawyer that was better at communication through the process.

No communication. She doesn't have a phone number to reach her and only communicates through email. She doesn't have an actual office building and only meets with clients at Panera Bread, where she eats during the meeting. Unprofessional. Our case has been dismissed over 3 times due to her lack of... communication.

I have known Susan for many years. The first time I retained her was about 2002. I went to her office without knowing anything about her. I was scared and confused. Her ability to calm me and reassure me was beyond measure. I left her office feeling like a weight had been lifted off of my should...ers. Her and her staff were very professional. They let me know what my responsibilities were in a kind and caring way. Susan saw me through that crisis and I started recommending her to every person that I knew who was in need of legal services. Fast forward to 2012. I am again needing legal assistance. There was no way I would consider any one other than Susan Bratcher. I still found her and her staff the same way they were ten years earlier. Susan has a way about her that immediately puts you at ease and makes you feel like she is there for YOU, and she is. She goes out of her way to find whatever resources are available to help you. In this day and age it is hard to find a company that maintains such a high level of customer service and shows compassion and concern for their clients. I highly recommend Susan.

Susan was able to get me out of many binds over the years. I could always trust on her to be there for me without a doubt. If you need any legal help regarding ANYTHING she is the one to turn to. She thoroughly knows the law and she never once let me down. Thank you Susan for all you did for me.
