No communication. She doesn't have a phone number to reach her and only communicates through email. She doesn't have an actual office building and only meets with clients at Panera Bread, where she eats during the meeting. Unprofessional. Replied last December 18, 2019I am sorry. I can’t make every case work. I have offered to meet with you via a phone appointment or you can come to one of my 2 offices during normal business hours. Our main office is at 1201 NW Briarcliff Parkway Second Floor. The other office is in Westbottoms. I would have to meet you at the door to let you in as it is a closed building. I am only at either of these offices by appointment only. Our phone number has been the same since 1997. Although marketing people have used their number so they could track the calls. I never agreed to use any other number than 816.453.2240. That is the phone number on every letter, contract, pleading and business card. Other numbers have been either ones from marketing companies or rollover numbers as we have had 4 lines. We often use email, but we Skype and use WhatsApp too! I have two support staff people who are tasked with returning most of the calls and emails. As I tell people, I can’t do it all. We have been running the office like a doctors’ office since day one. I have to go to court and do somethings that only I can do. Many questions my staff can answer. If you tell them your questions, they ask me and return with the information or schedule and appointment. As I still need to protect your privacy, I can only say your case was not dismissed 3 times. Yes, I have medical conditions that require me to eat. My blood sugar gets too low. What we do to make this right? I reached out to you with suggestions and advantages and disadvantages of those options.
