Poor service
Susan Bratcher will not return any calls. My mom had to go to her office. She still didn't get to talk to her. Susan bratcher walked in the office and walked past her and did not even acknowledge her existence. One of Susan Bratchers collegues had to assist my mom with her concerns.

Replied last April 28, 2015I am sorry. I have no idea who you are talking about. My staff answers most of the questions. If I walked by your mother without speaking to her I am sorry. I did not see her. If we are in public, I only talk to clients if they talk to me first to protect their privacy. Most people are waiting the lobby are not our clients, as we try to get our clients in the office ASAP. Most of our clients run up and hug me. I am very bad at names but very good at the stories of my clients. I want to be of service to them. My staff returns 95% of the calls as I am out off the office most of the time as I have to appear in Court every week. If your mother needs me, she can schedule an appointment for me either in person on on the phone. I am sorry but want to make this right with her.
