Brad, at this point, became our spokesperson with the Trustee and provided us with timely updates and explanations on what became a complicated web of ignorance and defiance on the part of the defendant. We were glad to be working with Brad as he provided excellent service and guidance when it was most needed-not to mention being able to explain the highly technical laws and procedures.
