About Bradley

Learn Bradley’s areas of practice.

The focus of my practice is helping small businesses reorganize and stay in business through Chapter 11 Bankruptcy.  Too often I've seen businesses shut down because they were either unaware of their options, or could not afford to hire a large, expensive firm to do the work.  We provide big firm knowledge and experience with a small firm personal touch.  Chapter 11 is not just for GM, the law is there to help all businesses, no matter how small.

I have helped businesses in both Kansas and Missouri avert financial disaster and reorganize in Chapter 11.  We can help reduce secured debt, eliminate unsecured debt and restructure tax debt.  All the while we help small business owners continue to operate, pay their employees and relieve them of their financial stress.

I have been in practice for over a decade appearing in over 30 different courts in both Kansas and Missouri.  I have handled numerous Chapter 11's from filing to discharge and can help you reorganize your business into a stronger company that will not only survive but continue to grow.

Reassuring and Competant
I highly recommend Brad. After exploring consumer resources with no effective help available for debt settlement assistance. I sought Brad when I was served with a lawsuit by my creditor. I was mortified that I was in this position, but Brad was completely understanding and nonjudgmental throughout the process. He explained how the situation might unfold, listened to my concerns and addressed them all. Brad was responsive, thorough, and efficient with his communications without making me feel disregarded - this was a tremendously pleasant surprise. His professionalism and follow through to reach a satisfactory conclusion to this matter was impressive. Still, his compassion during a rattling ordeal, was invaluable.

Highly Recommend
Brad did an excellent job in representing me. I found myself in serious trouble and I could not see my way out of this mess. Brad assured me that he would be able to help and he kept his word. Brad handled my case and guided me through the whole way. Brad was always there when I needed him and was always quick to respond. Brad made this process pain free. I can't stress his professionalism enough. Search no further because Brad saved my life.

Brad handled my case expertly. His expertise was quite obvious as he painstakingly explained the process throughout the bankruptcy proceedings. I truly was lucky to have him as the lawyer representing me in this complex process.

Outstanding Professional Service
When we were in need of finding legal counsel to help us collect on a jury settlement, we contacted Brad McCormick of the Sader Law Firm. The firm is recognized as being one of the best collection/settlement firms in the Kansas City area and we were fortunate to make contact with Brad. We found Brad to be highly professional and knowledgeable in area of collections and bankruptcy. He graciously accepted our request for a meeting. Brad was more than patient listening to our ordeal and past experience trying to collect on a jury award where the defendant refused to pay the settlement. Brad’s experience provided comfort to us as we listened to our options. Brad detailed the potential costs and time involved with different approaches. Due to the nature of the settlement and defendant’s unwillingness to cooperate we were forced to put the defendant into bankruptcy and Brad knew exactly what to do and how to proceed. We were granted the bankruptcy request and the matter was turned over to the U.S. Bankruptcy Trustee. Brad, at this point, became our spokesperson with the Trustee and provided us with timely updates and explanations on what became a complicated web of ignorance and defiance on the part of the defendant. We were glad to be working with Brad as he provided excellent service and guidance when it was most needed-not to mention being able to explain the highly technical laws and procedures. Should the need arise again, and we hope it doesn’t, we would not hesitate to contact Brad and the Sader Law Firm for legal counsel.

Agressive and Determined
I have been working with Mr. McCormack since 2007. He has always been professional and right on task with my requirements. I have been more than pleased with the findings and judgments Mr. McCormack has obtained while representing my company.
