When I first contacted McCollum and Griggs, after having a devastating head-on collision in 2015, I was greeted with a warm reception and happy smiles. When I explained to Brooke what had happened and I felt the other party's insurance agent's were not being truthful to me, I received nothing but com...passion, love and assurances that they were there to help me for what I needed. At that time I needed someone to believe in me, care for my feelings, someone to help me through the experience of not only the debilitating wreck but the recovery. I needed someone to talk to, someone to help me emotionally as well as spiritually. I received that from the first person I talked to, Brooke. She immediately arranged a meeting for me with Annette. When I hung the phone up with Brooke, I knew I had made the right call. I felt like God had wanted me to pursue this path. I then had a meeting with Annette. The first time I walked into their office, I could not believe the warm compassion and care I received. It was like going home to see Mother. I was smothered with love and kindness, yet I was meeting these wonderful people for the first time. Brooke was so kind, Julie was just a sweetheart and Pam was so concerning yet you could see the professionalism in each one of the. You could feel that they were on your side and that they were there to fight for you. I then got to meet Annette. WOW! The warm, caring smile, the compassionate greeting, the feeling of "I got your back, don't worry" but most of all that smell of professionalism. Talk to her for 5 minutes and you could see the intelligence of this young lady. But, I might say, there NEVER was a hint of arrogance or pride. When I left her office, I knew I was going to be "taken care of." I don't mean just monetarily but emotionally and spiritually. The end result was that Annette had assembled a working team of professionals who ATTACKED my case with a fierceness that I was glad I was on their team and not against them. I received more then I expected. This experience started out about a monetary settlement and ended up with a life-long friendship of love, respect and admiration for a Annette, Brooke, Julie and Pam.

Annette and her team did everything possible to get me the best settlement I could receive and also helped me find medical help for my injuries. They kept in constant communication about my case. What I like the most about this team is that Annette is a real person who really cares about you and not ...about how much they can make off of you. She is not one of those stuffy lawyers who are condescending and stuffy. I also enjoy keeping in contact with her and her family through Facebook. I will never use another lawyer, she has my loyalty and hopefully I will not need her but if I do I know she will do everything possible and still treat me like a real person and not just an income! When all was completed I got a hug and a "take care of yourself" from Annette. Definitely a real person who cares!!

My wife and I were injured in an automobile accident. Annette and her staff were great to have on our side. They kept us up to date on developments and answered all our questions in a timely manner. Annette did so much for me even though she wasn't sure exactly what needed to be done but, that didn't stop her from finding out, and getting it done!
