Unbelievable representation
Mr Wallentine represented me recently on a driving without a license charge. He was swift and effective. He used his charm and knowledge to get the charges dropped. Without his help I would have been in a world of hurt. He is very influential and likeable. You can not go wrong with this man.

ended the dispute right after it began
I had a business transaction go south on me. The other side had a track record of going to court over frivolous things and was threatening to sue me. I contacted Jerry and he got out in front of it and convinced the other side that it just wouldn't be with their while to pick a fight over this one. "The battle avoided is the battle won," they say.

Best Attorney for your troubles
Jerry Wallentine was my attorney for a reckless driving I had this last year. My first email to his office, I got a response from Jerry himself and within minutes I was on the phone with him and he had a game plan. I did look around comparing attorneys since I wasn’t from that area and by far Jerry was my top pick. Jerry absolutely knew what he was doing and seemed to know people in the right places. We weren’t able to get diversion due to certain things on my end and when my court date came, Jerry was right there with me. The court room was completely full and I still can’t believe it but Jerry got me to be seen first. We got exactly what we wanted out of it and Jerry saved me from losing my license. I’ve never left a review for anything but felt like I needed to let others know about my experience and how Jerry helped me out. Thanks again Jerry

I had a case that had severe consequences to me if found guilty as an immigrant. The possibilities for being deported were high with the original version of my case. Jerry Wallentine worked tirelessly and with dedication and got my case amended . His professionalism is outstanding and second to none. Best in the business - worked a miracle on my criminal damage to property case!
I was fortunate to meet Wallentine and have him take on my case. He was professional, compassionate, direct, and trustworthy. I was charged with criminal damage to property and needed someone who would fight for me. I met with two other attorneys who were overpriced and didn't care about my situation. He didn't try to string me along or overcharge me. Through his efforts my case was dismissed. I am so grateful. I give God all the glory - because I am so thankful I met Wallentine.

Jerry Wallentine--- OUTSTANDING!
I came into contact with Mr. Wallentine in the summer of 2013 and have been working with him until now. He was very reassuring and confident in his abilities to represent me as a lawyer, and even when my case became complicated, he managed to pull through and helped close my case down! Mr. Wallentine replied quickly to his emails and always kept me in the loop... He was also very positive which helped ease my worries regarding my case greatly. Criminal damage charge
Mr. Wallentine recently represented me in a criminal damage case. I had contacted several attorneys before him and they were somewhat cold and impersonal. Not the case with Jerry. He was anxious to help and willing to explain things in more detail, plus his retainer was 2 or almost 3 times less than the other guys. I considered my arrest and charge ridiculous and was giving up hope in the justice system in Johnson County. Jerry never sugar-coating anything explained the system to me and was honest about what to expect. A plea seemed like the best way to go, but only a week or two after setting a plea hearing, Jerry called with some incredible news. After speaking to the prosecuter, he was able to get my case dismissed! Putting an end to a very stressful time. I can't thank him enough for the hard work on my behalf. I would absolutely recommend his services to anyone dealing with legal trouble in Johnson County.

Expungement for DWI
I contacted Jerry about getting a felony DWI expunged from my record. It was previously denied and was also a difficult case. I had contacted another attorney who told me I was wasting my time and money and that it would be denied. Jerry was upfront and honest and told me it would be difficult, but he would put together a solid case. After his persistence and building a great case, we won the expungement hearing! Jerry's professionalism was second to none and he kept me informed at all times. If I ever had a question, Jerry would respond immediately. I would highly recommend Jerry as an attorney!

Integrity Wins
Jerry Wallentine lives to serve his clients. At a most crucial time in my case, Jerry agreed to represent me and saved me from a severe loss. Jerry was always timely in response to my inquiries, he notified way in advance of information I needed to provide him, and he sincerely desired the best for all involved. Jerry operates with utmost integrity in "shark infested waters." I guess the best compliment was given by the plaintiff in my case, she stated that she wished Jerry had been her lawyer.

A firm that cares!
