Having Jason as our attorney in a car accident

Semi truck accident

We were referred to Jason by another lawyer after we were involved in an accident with a semi truck. The accident resulted in injuries that required surgery twice.Jason is very experienced and knowledgeable about semi truck accidents.He is very thorough and paid attention to all fine details. When ne...cessary, he engaged professionals in areas that required their input. His office promptly responded to all our calls and Jason was easily reachable by phone or email. We were kept updated on steps and decisions on our case. Jason broke down the case scenarios in simple understandable terms . We were pleased with the outcome of the case and highly recommend him.

Mr. Roth, an outstanding attorney

Mr. Roth represented me in a traffic accident, when as a pedestrian I was struck by a car. He was easy to talk with, carefully gathered all pertinent information and diligently represented me. He made every effort to resolve my dispute with the other parties insurance company and eventually had to go... to trial. During the trial he was reassuring to me and focused on only the facts of the case. I definitely recommend him as an excellent attorney.

Amazing Lawyer!! ROTH (Recommendable- Observant-Tactful-Honest)

THANK YOU SO MUCH JASON ROTH!!! I AM FOREVER GRATEFUL FOR YOU!! I was in a car accident and luckily everyone survived, but the accident left some injuries and Insurance dispute that I needed help with. This was my first time requiring a Lawyer for this type of situation and I plead my case with J...ason and within the first 5 minutes of my phone conversation he agreed to take the case, knowing that there could possibly be some challenges. Jason assured me that it's going to be okay and to let him worry about things now, so I did. Because of his encouraging words, Wisdom, knowledge of the law, and his tenacious personality, the outcome superseded far more than I expected it to be. Jason made me comfortable around him, he always had a smile when I arrived to the office to sign paperwork, and represented my case in a way that I will forever be grateful. He worked so hard on ensuring that this did not go to mediation or trial and we were able to settle before the deadline. Jason was ALWAYS responding to my calls and emails in as little as 20 minutes to a couple of hours, but was ALWAYS the same day and he was very comfortable to speak with. I have his firm in my contacts and I don't plan on removing. In case this type of situation happens again, I hope it doesn't, but if it does, I am reaching out to him!
