Fischer law came highly recommended. The only part of this firm that actually do any work would be the paralegals. Nicole is a horrible person who somehow managed to get my parenting time cut in half. The cherry on top, she was also able to triple my child support. She had an attitude all of the 2 ti...mes in a year and half she bothered to talk to me. I still don't understand how a lawyer can charge so much and do absolutely nothing. I had negotiate everything on my own and pay her for my ability to try and get fair treatment from the courts and my ex-wifes lawyer. Why would a lawyer question your motives for wanting more time with your child. I seriously doubt she knew all the facts to my case. She also couldn't get me off the phone fast enough, which is probably why she didn't know much about my case. In my 43 years I have never seen anyone as bad or incompetent at there job as Nicole Fischer. I wouldn't recommend her to my worst enemy, she has no heart.

Nicole came to us through a referral. She was said to be professional, affordable and a fighter. She started out well but it took a turn somewhere months later when she was representing my sister. My sister and I paid her a large retainer and she said at the time it would cover most of the fees to ta...ke the case. We expected maybe $1,000 or a little more because that’s just what we saw online for typical cases Nicole was working. She was not transparent about her fees. She rarely responded to my sisters calls and e-mails. She did not fight or represent her to her best ability and it was apparent that Nicole broke her fiduciary responsibilities when she started to favor the other side’s interests. We were caught off guard when we were presented with over $5,000+ bills Nicole had presented after retainer was used. She was well above the standard costs for the typical case. She had everything she needed. But failed to be an effective lawyer in the court room. She didn’t take any interest in the case or put meaningful effort. She didn’t notify my sister when court was, and nearly cost my sister the total case. I saw that Nicole was highly recommended and even saw a good online reviews but the experiences we had was a joke. She apologized many times for her inexcusable lack of communication. By far the worst lawyer I have ever heard of and experienced. I personally work in a different state and have 10+ years working with lawyers in all aspect with my businesses and when I worked at the State Capitol. Do yourself a favor and use anyone else. Your success rate will be 10x better I am sure. Please do your research. Please take our experience to heart. This is not who you want representing your best interests. I called for a small consultation and even though the receptionist was super nice, the next person I was introduced to didnt even say hello and the way she hung up the phone was really not nice. If this is how they treat you on the initial call, than i wonder how they would proceed with the case. D...o not recommend this law firm.

Maybe the worst person I have ever dealt with. She has a huge anger problem and directs it towards her own clients and not at who she should be to fight for her client. Constantly is gone traveling or out for weeks at a time. I wasted almost 10k with her absolutely ridiculous billing. Unfortunately y...ou have to blindly trust lawyers to help you, not like there is actual work you can review before hiring.
