Ethical

Joan represent me for family court. My daughter's father was taking me to court for custody issues. Joan did a great job! So much that I wanted to hire her for my daughter GAL. My daughter's father passed away and my husband is adopting her. Joan let me know that she cannot represent my daughter... because it would be a conflict of interest. She recommend a colleague.

Joan has been a blessing to our family!

We have used Joan's insight and experience twice now in 5 years - I cannot begin to express our gratitude for her help. Not only does she have a great knowledge of Missouri laws, she is compassionate, has great insight, can fall back on years of her experience and she is extremely supportive. Experienced, Efficient, Straight-Shooter

Joan is efficient, fast, time-conscious and very cost effective. She made excellent recommendations for outside professionals' services and refused to move forward without some of those services, which proved to be invaluable. She is very clear, precise, organized, on-time, and prompt at returning ...calls. I had a very complicated legal situation, and Joan handled it expertly. She cuts through the confusion in a situation and tells you what you need to hear. Joan believes in what is right and will fight for her client to get what is fair. She will tell you if you are being unreasonable, and she will also help you to hang in there until you get a just and reasonable outcome, even if you feel like quitting. She doesn't beat up the opposition, but she doesn't back down either. I was very fortunate to have Joan as my attorney. I absolutely recommend her. She is excellent.

The right balance of everything you want in a lawyer

Joan is consultative, respectful, and most importantly, driven to get you what you need on the unfortunate instance of needing a lawyer (it's usually under poor circumstances, right?). Joan was the right amount of aggressive and I never doubted for a second that she would help me get what I need, and... I had a relatively easy divorce. I highly recommend Joan for anyone. Considering a lawyer was needed in the first place, I had the best possible outcome of a quality lawyer. Absolutely hire Joan.

Since my daughters death I have had to deal with several attorneys. Joan has been the 5 star attorney & I would tell everyone WHY WOULD YOU USE ANYONE ELSE?
