Great to work with

Talmage was great from the get go. From the initial call where he felt confident, to the end the process was seamless. I appreciate his fairness in working with me and charging appropriately. He was able to handle all of the case with his team and get both charges dropped. His staff was quick to get... back to me and very good team to work with.

James Henry Crenshaw IV

First of all, let me start off by saying that there is not enough words or space that I could write about how EFFECTIVELY, PROFESSIONALY AND WITH HUMILITY that Attorney Talmage Newton as well as his staff has shown me and my family. Before picking a lawyer, "I asked God to show me who he wanted me to... have as my sons lawyer and (HE) guided me to Attorney Talmage Newton. As usual I have found that when God picks a person he always picks a WINNER. Attorney Talmage never stopped until he was able to get ALL of my sons charges dropped. Yes, I can truly say that is was pretty impressive to walk (IN) court with 7 Felony charges on a Tuesday and walk (OUT) on a Wednesday with ALL charges dropped. TO GOD BE THE GLORY. We also greatly appreciated his apparel as a representative for my son. He was always extremely neat, cleanly groomed to perfection. Attorney Talmage was accompanied by one his Co-workers by the name of Attorney Reno. He was certainly a by product of Attorney Talmage Newton and that also totally impressed us. As stated earlier there is not enough space to express the gratitude that Attorney Talmage Newton and his staff has shown the Crenshaw family and for that we will forever be grateful. In closing: If you are looking for someone to represent you as a lawyer We the (Crenshaw Family) would definitely say Picking Attorney Talmage Newton would be one of the smartest and wises move that you could make. A Masterful and Creative Intellect

There are times in your life when you need an attorney for mundane purposes. Be it drafting a will, contract writing, or even fixing a parking ticket. And don't get me wrong, these are all very important elements and practices within the legal profession. However, to utilize Talmage for such thing...s would be a waste of his phenomenal talents. I have had the misfortune of requiring Talmage's services on more than one occasion, but I have had the incredible fortune of having Talmage on my side. Never in my life have I encountered a person so brilliant and so insatiably attracted to his chosen field. Talmage is not your average attorney. And by saying that, what I mean is that he eschews every standard I can think of in the legal profession. He won't lie to you about your chances. He won't sugar coat bad news. He won't follow a standard path. And he will most certainly do things his own way (much to the chagrin of the other attorneys.) Talmage is, in his essence, an outside the box thinker. His brilliance in law has very little to do with the confines of the law. I don't even know if that makes sense but if I were to make a comparison, imagine you are trapped in a mine shaft. There is no escape and it looks like you are going to die. If you had Talmage with you, he would somehow pull a magical escape tunnel out of his pocket. That is how surprisingly innovative he is in the legal profession. He sees things no one else does, and he approaches legal puzzles with a passion. He is not a get out of jail free card...but he is the closest thing to it. Obviously I cannot say enough good things. One thing I struggled with initially was taking his advice...but only at first. When I first started working with him, he would tell me to do things that I didn't understand, or that my plan was "the single worst idea he could think of." Of course, I pushed back...I mean, it's my life, I should have some say. But I quickly learned that not only does he know what he's doing, he's doing it in such a way that no one else will expect it. Like I said, brilliant. Once I stopped thinking I knew how to handle things, and just let him have control, the process became almost entertaining. Please trust me on this...Talmage is the single best Attorney in town for criminal matters. And if you ever need a funny, but terrifying letter written on your behalf...he's great at that too. Call him...do it now...seriously

Comctruction practices defense & debt collection

Talmage Newton has helped my construction firm collect debts from past clients over the years. Talmage also defended my firm against false construction malpractice claims. Talmage does a great job building a case based on facts, and he makes it obvious that you are his priority. He uses th...e perfect combination of aggressiveness and common sense in all of his cases - this is clear to all sides.
