Great life planning advisor

At my Dad's request, I contacted Joel to help my parents to update their wills as well as to consider how they wanted to handle other issues as they are getting older - living wills, general power of attorney, etc. He had written their wills 30 years earlier, and it was time for a full review. My... mom's health was failing which made the discussions more sensitive and the need more urgent. The whole family is very grateful that Dad chose Joel. He gave wise and practical advice and completed all the work quickly. We would recommend Joel to anyone.

Sincere, Caring!

Joel helped our family set up a will for our parents. He took the time to explain things and provided information in everyday language. He was sincere and was caring for our family needs.

Lawyer you can trust

Met with Joel concerning a real estate foreclosure and loan to an associate. He was quite thorough and gave me a real understanding of the issues involved and possible pitfalls. He had done some research and his advice was right on point.

Highly professional Lawyer

Joel Case is professional in all aspects of his job. He is thorough with paperwork. He responds back to my questions in a timely manner. Tenacious and Reliable

Joel helped us with a very long and complicated civil case. Our fears of having to face a jury trial were put to rest by Joel's absolute confidence and control.
