David John Howard

David J. Howard is a compassionate and results-driven attorney who works collaboratively with clients to develop effective strategies and action plans. With a focus on family law, David handles divorce cases and related issues, including modifications, enforcement, contempt of court, guardianships, and paternity. He graduated from the University of Missouri—Columbia with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and earned his law degree from St. Louis University School of Law in 1995. David began his legal career at Gibbons & Gibbons, P.C., where he became a partner in 2002. In 2004, he joined Todt, Ryan & McCulloch, L.L.C. to concentrate on domestic relations before founding the Law Office of David J. Howard, LLC in 2013. David has served as a Guardian ad Litem and has significant trial experience, including civil jury trials, family law bench trials, and appellate work. In addition to family law, his practice areas include criminal defense, business transactions, personal injury, estate planning, and probate.
