Richard Gartner has been an attorney actively practicing law, including countless hundreds of trials, in St. Charles County for 36 years, and has the experience and maturity to rule fairly, impartially and correctly on any case to come before him. He is one of only a handful of St. Charles Attorneys to have received the highest possible legal ability and ethics rating by a prestigious national attorney rating organization, in recognition of his legal knowledge and trial abilities. Richard Gartner is currently a principal in the Gartner Law Firm located in St. Peters .
