In July 10, 2015 we went to the office of the lawyer din for a consultation after seeing other lawyers and they told us that we had no possibility of being able to fix our immigration situation, he told us that if we had the possibility of fixing our immigration situation it cost us to believe him at first Because others have already told us that we do not deny you any possibility but in weight to work in our U visa case and the first thing that got us was the certification of the police which was the most difficult to achieve but their buffet of lawyers worked very hard In the case and thanks to din, today he gave us the U visa, we recommended him, he is a professional, he knows very well what his work is, we are very grateful to him and to the work team, he changed our lives, he is the best lawyer. God bless you Mr. Din

Attorney Din and his team worked on my case for 3 years. They were always available for all of my concerns. I have never ever had additional charge after first payment. Even after few years I always had a feeling they are working on the case, they are familiar with details and up to date with all the changes. They never doubted positive income and they led me to permanent resident status.

I came to Khaja Din for firs consultation in 2003 and hired him to work on my VAWA petition .I was abused by my former husband for many years , who intentionally failed our immigration interviews, physically hurt me, and emotionally I was broken. Khaja Din discussed VAWA option for me . I informed Khaja Din that I am planning to file for divorce and asked whether it will help me or hurt me. Khaja Din answered that I can file for divorce, divorce will have no effect on VAWA petition. It was tragic mistake, it turned out later, as it prevented me from re-filing VAWA after Khaja Din lost my VAWA case. Khaja Din filed my appeal document for VAWA one day late. Khaja Din did not disclose that I was denied for almost 10 months, he was lying to me that is still pending. He avoided my phone calls, and refused to meet whit me. I paid Khaja Din over $20.000 . I was denied because appeal was received by one day late. Khaja Din gave me false promises and simply lied to me. Now I have lost my chance to fix my immigration status, lost many thousands which I paid to Khaja Din for his incompetent work, lost my Employment authorization , lost my job. Google him !

I was in a mess with my visa process and long term goal of citizenship. I went to several lawyers but all refused my case. It was only Khaja Din came forward and said yes. He didnt gave up and was supportive throughout the case. He improvised and fixed a broken case. If he wasnt there I would have been deported over messed up case. He fixed it all. His staff on the other hand gave immense support and also helped me gain confidence to deal with nerve wrecking interview. Thank you so much khaja Din . You are one of the best lawyers.
He can solve any case!

My ex-spouse and I stayed together for less than a month and I was subjected to hardships by my in-laws. I was told if I did not do as they wished I would have my life ruined. I attempted to seek help from the consulate of the country I am from but they did not entertain me (I requested help from them on 4 different occasions). I even reached out to DHS and ICE but my attempts were in vain. Fortunately, I found Khaja Din through Avvo.com.
When Khaja spoke to me he was extremely honest and open about what my options were. He decided to represent me and petition for a VAWA. Due to the extremely short marriage - my case was a colossal challenge but Khaja and his team at Din Law were astute, tactful, and meticulous at dealing with the available facts. Khaja and his team handled my case diligently and professionally. I was updated about the status of every step until I received my permanent resident card. The time from the date I hired Khaja until I received my PRC was 16 months.
Over the years I have known Khaja I can say he is a passionate attorney who is ready to go the extra mile for his client. I would definitely recommend Khaja and Din law to anyone in need of help regarding immigration issues. Khaja and his team at Din law are a team that delivers what they promise.

The most important thing about this law firm is honesty and intrigitry towards the client. I remember the first meeting with Din in which he explained everything in detail. Today, I feel very comfortable with the proceeding and the way he is handling the case. We are ahead of the set goals. I would say that I met the right person in a very crucial time.

Attorney Din is the best lawyer I have met (and I have been unfortunate enough to meet a lot of them). He took incredible amount of time to work on my case, his staff constantly kept me posted on status and all the deadlines in my very time-sensitive court case were met. But that is just a "cherry on top" of the fact that he successfully does work that other lawyers say is impossible. After the years of unsuccessful applications, enormous lawyers fees, denials and eventually a deportation order and lose of hope, I came to attorney Din and he reviewed my entire case, created a strategy and reopened my case and won!!!He got me what I have been dreaming of all these years- legal status in U.S. Attorney Din and his team treated me like a family and I am forever thankful to him for giving me a chance to stay with my family here. He has a very kind heart. God bless him!

I wish there are more than five stars I can give to attorney Din. I am a little surprised to find the mixed reviews here. But life experiences have taught me that when a person is commented on two extremes, that usually means he is extraordinary and successful.
I came across attorney Din at a most difficult time in my life and up until today whenever I look back, I feel truly blessed that Khaja and his team were there for me. They did much more than an attorney would do to a client, turned my life around and opened me to doors that I had never imagined. Because of Khaja, my whole attitude towards life has changed. He has taught me how to fight for me and my family and to not be afraid of misfortunes and troubles. He is fearless, passionate and really cares about his client. Even up to today, long after the hardest part of my case ended, whenever I tried to reach out to him for help, he treats me like family and gives me honest and most thoughtful suggestions.
This is an attorney who can get things done! Are attorneys meant to only do paperwork for you? Are they measured by how they memorize laws and textbooks? Some people complain that he is expensive, but let me tell you, the work he does requires a high degree of smartness, thoughtfulness, ability to execute, ability to make judgement at critical periods and ability to respond and act on a timely basis. Would a random attorney come to your apartment on a Saturday morning just to help you out of emergency? Would a random attorney pick up your phone calls late into the nights and discuss tomorrow's strategy with you? I would personally never put a monetary value on that. And above all, he has a true sympathy for people like us facing immigration issues. He takes pride in helping people and changing their lives. That play a large role in his practice. Isn' t it wonderful to have someone trustworthy standing by your side when you most need it?
Hats off to the Khaja and God bless you!
