Biography

Since 1979, the Law Offices of David M. Kramer has developed a specialized practice dedicated to the area of immigration, nationality and consular law. The firm has over three decades of experience with employment-based immigration and temporary work visas, as well as family-based immigration.

Mr. Kramer was among one of the first lawyers to be approved by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as a Certified Specialist in Immigration Law. He is also an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the Immigration Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.

Since 1995, Martindale-Hubbell, one of the foremost sources of information about members of the legal community, has awarded Mr. Kramer an AV rating. The AV rating is Martindale-Hubbell's highest possible rating, reflecting the highest standards in legal expertise and professional ethics and conduct.

In addition, David M. Kramer is listed in the Bar Registry of Preeminent Lawyers. Communicative and helpful

I reached out to Attorney Kramer in regards to seeking legal support for an Adjustment of Status case. He was very prompt in replying to me and making himself available for an introductory call. Attorney Kramer was very personable, easy to talk to and clearly very experienced and up to date on i...mmigration law. All subsequent email communications were answered promptly and with clear information that made sense (not in complicated legalese or hastily written and therefore difficult to decipher for a "regular" person such as myself.) The only reason I was not able to move forward with working with him is it turned out he is not local to where I would eventually require an interview with the USCIS and I decided I wanted an attorney present for this part of the process. Thank you Attorney Kramer for all of your valuable time and useful information regarding the case and current immigration news.
