I had the pleasure of working with Attorney Herschel J. Rush, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service and representation I received. As a hardworking Mom of a teenage Male especially in the City of Chicago,  the last call you want to hear is anything connected to your child and the Police. This unexpected incident required a Village and Attorney Herschel Rush became a primary force in our Village. Attorney Rush was thorough in not...ing the steps within the court process, kept his lines of communication open, never sold us a fairytale, yet reassured each party connected that we would get through this unfortunate situation.   Naturally, we were all full of some form of anxiety that was later placed at an unexpected calm upon working with our Attorney. During a process such as this it is normal to be concerned with your employment being affected due to numerous court appearances. Our Attorney handled those appearances for us whether communicating with the court or being there as our representation. Operating in the best interest of his client, he sought out every bit of evidence that spoke true to my child (no history of trouble, constant academic improvement letters from the school, extracurricular involvement, mentors, etc). As previously stated, acquiring that calm in addition to our Faith, we were confident in the decision fought for us by Attorney Rush. Attorney Herschel Rush is a man of integrity, respect, honesty, drive, determination, understanding and so much more. Truly deserving of all 5 stars.

I hired Herschel Rush as my attorney and I was very disappointed in his services. He would say one thing a do another. He was not straightforward (very indirect almost like lying) and I never knew what was going on till after the fact! Didn't get any help with court orders or seen any paperwork! Its ...crazy how poor his services are, he barely showed up for court. Seems very nice but actually just PHONEY! Felt like it was basically just a waste of money. Horrible experience and would not recommend!

They say picture is worth a thousand words, and it is if I could only show it here, with smile on my face after Mr. Rush won my case. I hired Mr Rush back in 2013 after I was terminated from my job and accused of stealing. First day in his office I said " Mr. Rush, I'm wrongfully accused and I'll do... what ever it takes to prove that, which meant I was not willing to take a deal with the state. Mr Rush was fully supportive of my decision and did everything he could to prove my innocence and help me move on my life with no felony. Mr. Rush was not only my attorney, but also a friend. I cannot recall a single phone call that I made to him that went unanswered. 3 years is a long time to be going to courts, but Mr Rush always showed up and handled the matter the way it should. He was always positive and prepared. On May 4th 2016, after almost 2 years of our trial getting rescheduled for many different reasons that we had no control over, we got our chance to get in front of judge. Mr Rush was very preofessional and by my side he kept me cool and calm. When Mr Rush got his chance to cross-exemine the witness I knew I was in good hands and it was looking good for us. Not even an hour into the trial the judge ruled Not Guilty and both Mr Rush and I jad the biggest success smile on our faces!!! No words can describe how greatfull I am to Mr Rush and for the things he has done for me. I will never forget this and will always be greatfull to him and recommend him to anyone that needs an attorney! THANK YOU Mr. Rush!!!!!!!
