Herschel Joseph Rush

I hired Herschel Rush as my attorney and I was very disappointed in his services. He would say one thing a do another. He was not straightforward (very indirect almost like lying) and I never knew what was going on till after the fact! Didn't get any help with court orders or seen any paperwork! Its ...crazy how poor his services are, he barely showed up for court. Seems very nice but actually just PHONEY! Felt like it was basically just a waste of money. Horrible experience and would not recommend!

My husband may have been facing a yr. plus of penitentiary & his case was being handled in the Skokie branch which per my husband has 95% convictions. Against ...all odds, Herschel was able to get my husband out (of jail) on the 2nd. court date (w/ in 2mnths). He was released with intense drug treatment (AA meetings) & 18 mnths. probation. On the first court date Herschel succeeded in having my husband removed from the general population to a (much needed) rehabilitation center/ West Care; still within Cook County jail but a treatment center for inmates struggling with addictions. Thanks to his determination he was able to help reunite a family&gave us hope again. Herschel is a dedicated professional. He always returned phone calls despite it being night or weekends. Herschel even came out to my home for our initial meeting due to my hectic schedule. Therefore, he was very accessible, and he gave 110%. I would not hesitate to recommend Herschel to those in need of a criminal lawyer.
