I hired Herschel Rush as my attorney and I was very disappointed in his services. He would say one thing a do another. He was not straightforward (very indirect almost like lying) and I never knew what was going on till after the fact! Didn't get any help with court orders or seen any paperwork! Its ...crazy how poor his services are, he barely showed up for court. Seems very nice but actually just PHONEY! Felt like it was basically just a waste of money.
