I am a former prosecutor with over 25 years of experience handling thousands of cases including speeding and traffic tickets, DUI, and more serious misdemeanor and felony offenses. I am now here to apply my vast knowledge and experience in the criminal justice system to your case.

Won my case with Attorney Dan Tsataros!
I won a case vs my children's mother who lied and put a restraining order on me which wouldn't allow me to see my children. It was a very difficult case to prove my innocence but Attorney Tsataros worked super hard to the point of being warned by the judge of being within an inch of contempt. If he would NOT have pushed that hard my case would have been lost...he ultimately proved that my kids mother was a liar and that she was the actual aggressor...not easy when the courts ALWAYS side with the mother... Winning that case opened the door to me being granted full custody of my 3 daughters down the road.... Attorney Tsataros did not represent me on the custody case BUT.... had he not proved my innocence with the restraining order.....i would have been labeled an abuser and would NEVER have been given a chance to gain custody of my girls.... I credit Attorney Tsataros with winning the case that opened the door to my custody battle. I am indebted to him.... I recommend Attorney Tsataros as his drive and desire to help is incredible...who would have known that the case he won for me in 2003 would have directly allowed me to win custody of my 3 daughters in 2013!! Thanks!!

I live in California and hired Dan to represent my son on a case in Chicago. He was facing a felony charge that I believe would have resulted in years in prison if we had used a public defender. Dan was very personable and supportive throughout the process. In the end, the charges were dropped. Dan, I hope we never need you again, but if we did, I would hire you again without reservations. Excellent attorney.
I received a speeding ticket near LaPorte, IN. I hired Dan Tsataros on the recommendation of two other attorneys who work with Dan, or have worked with him in the past. Dan was thorough, knowledgeable and responsive. If you get a ticket (or two) in Illinois, Indiana, or Florida, Dan is the solution.

Saved me from a mistake
Dan Tsataros was a pleasure having as an attorney. Super professional, dedicated, and an exceptional defender. A super bad situation (that ultimately could’ve turned worse) I got myself into turned into a slap on the wrist. Dan really cares for his clients and tells you exactly what’s going to happen. I have hired a total of 4 lawyers in my life time and Danny was by far the best one! I was recommended by a friend who had a great experience. Very Thankful
If you are in the situation like I was in, you definitely want to have Dan Tsataros represent you. I had to appear in traffic court at the Daley Center in Downtown Chicago. I immediately came to Dan and he was very helpful with explaining in detail what to expect and was very reassuring since I have never gone through the process before; especially, with having to appear in court at the Daley Center. When I appeared in court, I didn’t have to say anything. Dan was very professional in handling the talking and paperwork. I felt like I was in the courtroom and out the door in less than five minutes with both citations being dismissed. Let me repeat that: both citations being dismissed. Dan is organized, professional, and reassuring. Thank you very much, Dan!

My husband needed a lawyer for a violation he had gotten. Dan was very prompt and professional in letting us know that he was there to answer any questions we had. Excellent Service
I did a search for "best lawyer for traffic tickets in illinois" and Dan was the first attorney to show up. Well he was there for a reason; affordable, professional, and very effective. I am an Illinois resident that encounter a unfortunate incident in Indiana resulting with me being charged with a misdemeanor. This was a traffic violation that was questionable. Dan Tsataros was professional, knowledgeable, and caring to work with. He was able to provide a resolution that was acceptable and amicable for those involved. The Best Criminal Defense Attorney
I hired Dan Tsataros to represent me in a Criminal matter when I was falsely accused of slashing someone’s vehicle tires. Dan was not afraid to take the case to trial! At the trial, Dan was able to cross examine my accuser in such a way that he made her look like a liar. He found all of the holes in the case and as such there was a finding of Not Guilty! There is no question in my mind that Dan is a very well respected and seasoned attorney who gets the job done right! I would highly recommend him!
