Herschel Joseph Rush

I hired Herschel Rush as my attorney and I was very disappointed in his services. He would say one thing a do another. He was not straightforward (very indirect almost like lying) and I never knew what was going on till after the fact! Didn't get any help with court orders or seen any paperwork! Its ...crazy how poor his services are, he barely showed up for court. Seems very nice but actually just PHONEY! Felt like it was basically just a waste of money. Horrible experience and would not recommend!

They say picture is worth a thousand words, and it is if I could only show it here, with smile on my face after Mr. Rush won my case. I hired Mr Rush back in 2013 after I was terminated from my job and accused of stealing. First day in his office I said " Mr. Rush, I'm wrongfully accused and I'll do... what ever it takes to prove that, which meant I was not willing to take a deal with the state. Mr Rush was fully supportive of my decision and did everything he could to prove my innocence and help me move on my life with no felony. Mr. Rush was not only my attorney, but also a friend. I cannot recall a single phone call that I made to him that went unanswered. 3 years is a long time to be going to courts, but Mr Rush always showed up and handled the matter the way it should. He was always positive and prepared. On May 4th 2016, after almost 2 years of our trial getting rescheduled for many different reasons that we had no control over, we got our chance to get in front of judge. Mr Rush was very preofessional and by my side he kept me cool and calm. When Mr Rush got his chance to cross-exemine the witness I knew I was in good hands and it was looking good for us. Not even an hour into the trial the judge ruled Not Guilty and both Mr Rush and I jad the biggest success smile on our faces!!! No words can describe how greatfull I am to Mr Rush and for the things he has done for me. I will never forget this and will always be greatfull to him and recommend him to anyone that needs an attorney! THANK YOU Mr. Rush!!!!!!!

Mr. Rush is an excellent attorney. I should know, as I have experienced my fair share in the past and most were awful (no shows, etc.). However, Mr. Rush is not like other attorneys. Not only did he answer all of my phone calls (some even past 11pm at night) but he came to every court date prepared. ...His kind and respectful nature made me stay calm (the best I could) through all of my court dates. He is honest, professional and gets results. He is truly a lifesaver/miracle worker. In the end, he was able to get my case reduced to a misdemeanor and saved me from losing my job. He also did something very similar for my friend who is the person that recommended him to me- thus, this seems to be his track record. If you want a lawyer that is going to fight for you then you should hire Mr. Rush.
