Brad has been my attorney for over two years now. He represented me at the end of a very vicious divorce case, and then again a year later for a two-year custody battle with my ex. He was a tireless advocate for me and my kids; his legal expertise was most welcome during my very convoluted case. My e...x-husband is a very trying, narcissistic piece of work, and Brad showed endless patience in dealing with his many shenanigans (and helped me stay patient too!). He handled my high-conflict case with ease and helped us reach settlement on the eve of trial, saving me a significant amount of money. I appreciate everything Brad did for us, but what I appreciate the most was his honesty and integrity - he represented me aggressively but never unfairly; he was always up front about what he believed the right path was, and he never pushed me to take any steps I wasn't comfortable with. He was never in it just to "get" my ex and never pushed for legal actions that weren't warranted just to create drama or raise the price tag. He was always honest about what our chances were before taking any legal actions, and did his best to save us money where he could. On top of all that, he's always cheerful and friendly when you talk to him - very refreshing! While it is always my hope that no one ever NEEDS this service, I would (and do) recommend Brad to anyone who needs a family law attorney.
