Jason brings more than a decade of immigration law and divorce experience to our firm, as well as a wealth of knowledge to our clients. As a compassionate advocate, he focuses on ensuring children’s best interest in both family and immigration law cases. Jason also works as a Guardian Ad Litem (GAL) and provides recommendations to the Court for minor children during parentage (formerly known as custody) cases.

Jason recognizes that when people contact Stern Perkoski Mendez to dissolve their marriage, it’s not just a legal issue—but also a personal challenge. He’s a careful listener who is committed to understanding your situation and ensuring that you understand every step of the legal process as you separate from your spouse.

An expert immigration attorney and strong believer in immigrant rights, Jason also works with clients to obtain the documentation needed to live and work in the United States—including H1B, O-1 and F1 visas. THE attorney you want!

Attorney Shore, is amazing! Highly recommend and would use again. He is easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable. Always quick to respond to any questions, no matter how small or silly they may seem. I specifically just wanted sole custody and I was awarded much more due to his hard work and diligence.

Exceeded our expectations

Mr. Shore exceeded our expectations when we sought his representation after receiving a referral for him. He was honest with us about needing to work with another attorney as both my husband and I required individual attorneys in a bizarre case, and he collaborated with another excellent attorney. Mr. Shore has always been polite, responsive, and knowledgeable. I think that his ability to be human, understanding of the psychological toll cases may take on his clients, is the quality that we did not expect and greatly appreciated. I contacted Jason for the first time in 2016 when I was looking to get divorced, I consulted with Mr. Shore and after speaking with him i was very confident in having him to represent me. During the course of meeting with him about the divorce, I decided to try marriage counseling, which Mr. Shore encouraged me to try since I had not. He did not try to talk me into proceeding with the divorce, which of course would mean more money for his firm. Fast forward 5 years and the counseling did not work and I found myself utilizing Jason Shore again and he welcomed me back with open arms! My soon to be ex with her new attorney tried several times to get me on the bad side of a judgement and after several meetings and counters Jason was easy to work with and we crafted a very productive settlement and judgement which kept me with my pension, 401K, all my property purchased after marriage and no alimony! My divorce process was relatively short without much negative fanfare and for that I am very grateful and I would (and have) referred Jason and his firm to all seeking help.

Hire this man immediately!!!!

I would recommend Jason to anyone and everyone. I’ve referred him several clients already. He is world class. I had a very difficult post decree custody battle that recently came to close with me receiving majority custody. My ‘lovely’ ex-wife filed 3 attempted restraining orders against me, Jason had all 3 vacated. I had 6 options filed against me, Jason won all six with one being completely stricken. Most impressively Jason worked to come to settlement after the miserable GAL submitted a completely one sided and unsubstantiated report recommending to the judge that my ex be allowed to move out of state with my son. Something that she did not request. Not only did I achieve majority custody but, the GAL was removed during settlement. This is unheard of, in the legal community. If you are about to go through divorce and/or a custody battle, HIRE JASON SHORE NOW!!!!!

Quite an oustanding human being

I try to find the words to describe Mr. Shore. He truly is the best attorney I've ever had in my case. He's very aware of what he is doing and is very reassuring when he is certain of something. I've consulted with over 30 attorneys and I hired two of them and they completely took advantage of my situation. Ever since Jason started working on my case I can sleep at night again thanks to him. Strongly recommended!

I strongly recommend Jason Shore. He handled my child support case with professionalism, respect and empathy. I dealt with two attorneys prior to hiring Jason and I was very disappointed. Best Divorce Attorney for Financial Support, Children, and Protects Parents Rights

Jason represented me in my divorce and protected both me and my child every step of the way.
