Alejandro Caffarelli

I retained Caffarelli & Associates to represent me in my action against my former employer, where I served as general counsel, and against its chief executive officer personally. I had always enjoyed an upwards trajectory on my career path. With a change in CEO (I had gone through two other CEO changes prior to this with no career disruption), I was suddenly informed that my resignation was requested immediately and my severance rights, clearly written in HR policy and alway...s followed by the company, were not going to be honored. No cause issues at all.
