Thomas John Nitschke

Tom is an incredible mix of art and science. He certainly understands the technical aspects of the law but I find his truly unique skill is to be able to apply the law through an overarching consultative strategy. He gets the total picture and uses his many internal and external resources to develop and execute against a strategy to optimize results on our behalf. He is also a person of great integrity. I am privileged to work with Tom and to be able to call him a Friend.

In addition to the fact that my son was being neglected by his mother, an ominous heated custody battle caused me much anxiety and stress. Not to mention, the legal process is daunting and overwhelming. After hiring Tom, my nerves were settled every step of the way. From the beginning stages of filing for custody through the pre-trial, it was obvious that Tom Nitschke was a seasoned family law attorney. His confidence and calm demeanor in front of the judge presiding over the case assured me that I (and my son) was (were) in good hands. I'm not sure what the statistics are but I'm pretty sure that not many fathers have won sole-custody of their children. Today, I have sole-custody of my son and he lives with me full time. As I write this review, I'm tearing up. I'm forever grateful to Tom (and his partner Heather Blaise) for accomplishing what I believed to be the impossible.
