I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Mohammad Ramadan. I hired them to handle my injury case, hoping for strong representation and guidance through the complex legal process. Unfortunately, I feel they failed to deliver on both counts. From the start, communication was inconsistent.... Important updates were delayed, and I rarely received timely responses to my questions. As the case progressed, it became clear that mistakes were being made, and my concerns were often brushed aside. Due to their oversight and poor handling of my case, I am now responsible for medical bills that I expected to be covered. In hindsight, I wish I had chosen a more reputable attorney or firm. I do not feel they had my best interests at heart, and I would not recommend them to anyone seeking serious, competent legal help. I hope others can avoid my experience by carefully researching their options before hiring representation.

From beginning to end, Mohammad and his staff were incredible. I was in a pretty bad accident and they handled all of my doctor/therapy appointments and checked in on me after them. Mohammad Ramadan was awesome as my lawyer. Right from the beginning, he was very honest and professional. To begin with, I had a speeding ticket for going 30 mph over the posted speed limit, which was considered a Class B misdemeanor offense. I contacted Mr. Ramadan via email requesting a consultatio...n and within a short time, I received a response back from him. I was impressed that I was able to actually contact a person and receive a personalized response, as oppose to an email that had been automatically generated with a generic message of thanks followed by the promise of somebody contacting me shortly. Instead, I was able to set up a time for a free consultation and from there, I was able to fill Mr. Ramadan in with the details of my case. Furthermore, Mr. Ramadan was able to represent my case, even though I had only given him a 1 week notice. He was very accommodating to my schedule, which fluctuates often. Most importantly, he was able to get my fine reduced to $0. The only thing I ended up paying was the cost for court. In addition, he was also able to get my charge for driving with an expired license completely dismissed. I highly recommend Mr. Ramadan and will hire him for my own legal representation in the future, if needed.
