Jennifer is the owner and managing attorney at the Law Office of Jennifer Guimond-Quigley, currently in its tenth year of operation. After gaining experience in these two areas both during and after law school through several small firm positions, Jennifer decided to start her own firm. With her solo practice, Jennifer loves having the freedom to collaborate with her clients to achieve the best results possible without the constraints common to practicing with larger firms.

Jennifer has an extensive background in business and accounting, which has been invaluable in her legal practice. She spent years working as an accountant, and that experience has been imperative in counseling her clients about the financial and tax impact of their decisions and agreements. Jennifer’s comfort level with numbers allows her to easily explain their complexities in a relatable way to her clientele.

Jennifer resides in Chicago with her husband and children. When she’s not practicing law, she enjoys spending time with family, cooking and donating her time to various charitable organizations.

Estate Planning

We recently set up a trust for our family with Jennifer. She was able to assist us with some very specific terms we desired and also made other recommendations that we didn't think of but included as well. We will definitely recommend her.

Responsive, affordable and effective.

Excellent service and guidance

Knowledgeable and Thorough

Jennifer drafted an estate plan for my husband and me. We had a unique family issue with a particular asset which required some attention. Jennifer was very thorough in her in counseling, research and drafting with respect to this issue. She was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We are very pleased with the result.

Wonderful experience

We were dreading getting our legal affairs in order after our kids were born. Who wants to think about death when you are still on a baby high but we knew it had to be done. We found Jennifer through NPN and knew she was the lawyer for us after our first conversation- she is very friendly, knowledgeable and patient (we needed some nudging to get our butts in gear after we started). She took what can be a very overwhelming process and made it less daunting which is a huge task if you ask me. She was always easy to reach and responsive and answered all our questions. She even researched the legal requirements for North Carolina after we decided to move-during the middle of estate planning process. I will be recommending her to all of our friends.

Highly Recommended Estate Planning Lawyer

Jennifer is very professional, yet extremely personable. When having to schedule our meetings she was very flexible in both time and location, which made it very accomodating on us and our newborn daughter. In terms of experience, she is very knowledgeable and provided thorough explanations of the complicated law lingo included in the documents she prepared for us. She followed up promptly on any quieres we had and was very easy to work with. We would highly recommend her services.
